2 days sober yall. Just dodged a binge 😢 I can do this!!!
Update: Haven’t drank since the new year started. Got into school full time, working full time, and taking it day by day. Love yourself everybody. Thanks for the kind words
Update 2: STILL SOBER!!! I'm finally doing it!! All I did was surrender my will over to a power greater than me and stopped trying to do things my Way. It's working y'all, the cliches work I promise. Got a sponsor, working steps and just taking it day by day. I love the new-found Clarity, improved relationships, and better health. One day at a time. We do Recover💙💪🏽
Update 3 (last one) over a year sober everybody this really does work. I never thought I would be able to say this, but I fell in love with life again! I now own a car, moving into a house and have money in my savings and friends and family that love me. Don’t give up on yourself guys/girls. Your life is just as important as mine. love all of you. God bless.
P.s. Don’t take that first drink 💯
@hustler018
Same happened with my uncle
When he was in hospital..
He was under medication due to effect of alcohol on liver.
He was urging for alcohol
His hands and legs were tightened with ropes as he was throwing out his glucose..
He was facing alot of seizers and he was spiting on family members
Day dreaming of drinking alcohol and driving car...
He was talking in sleep ..
This went for 10 days ..
Now he is out of those seizers..

ALCOHOLISM is a disease that involves compulsively craving and drinking alcoholic beverages. Most alcoholics do not breakdown cooked fat properly, so they crave alcohol to help breakdown cooked fat. However, the side effects are most often traumatic.
When an alcoholic stops drinking, he or she should consider that the liver goes through a drastic temperature drop (liquors artificially heat the liver). The temperature drop causes the liver to go into shock (d.t.’s).
Eating at least ¼ pound (4 ounces) of raw fish twice daily for three days helps the liver and most often prevents the d.t.’s. Continuing to eat raw fish for another week helps the transition from alcohol.
Processed alcohol destroys liver, pancreas and brain cells by the millions and robs tissues and cells of fluids. Eating raw meats and unheated honey replaces the enzymes and sugars absent in the radical alcohol (distilled or pasteurized liquors) that destroy the membranes around cells. Raw meats and unheated honey also promote the chemical breakdown of radical alcohol. A diet that is 45% raw fat would be the most healing for an alcoholic. Eating ½ cup non-steamed dates with a raw fat in the mornings restores the thyroid and balances the sugar level. Then eating small amounts of raw meats with raw fat, alternating with very small amounts of whatever fresh fruits (preferably unripe) that are appealing with raw fat throughout the day keeps the blood sugar level balanced. If a craving for alcohol hits, blend a raw drink consisting of the juice of 5 limes, an avocado, 4 kiwis and 4 tablespoons of unheated honey to satisfy the craving. When fresh kiwis are not available, sun-dried non-sulfured kiwis are okay, or substitute 1 cup of live pineapple in place of the kiwis.
Some people crave alcohol because they lack certain enzymes that digest fat - the alcohol helps break down fat. This particular type of individual is prone to hepatitis. For this type, eating a little unripe pineapple with raw fat usually supplies enzymes for fat digestion and stops the craving for alcohol. For those few who cannot produce their own body alcohol, drinking 2 ounces of organic raw wine once or twice weekly supplies the alcohol that is needed. Eating raw cheese or raw fat immediately before drinking alcohol prevents a lot of damage.

I was just like this. I went through it all jail, hospitals, rehab, sleeping on the streets. The loss of my parents in 2013 25 days apart. I got even worse straight vodka like it was water. I would hide my bottles throughout the house. So i would not go through withdrawals. July 19 will be 4 years sober. Glory to God!!
For anyone struggling you can do it!
Update: The day I went to detox July 2020 my blood pressure was so high they sent me to the hospital first. They said I could have a heart attack or stroke any moment. Alcoholism is no joke will kill you

You maybe cannot alone, but with help from another alcoholic who is working 12 step program? Then you have a fighting chance🙏💙 all the best, hope you do well.
@darknation9424
Hopefully you are doing great 😊. Remember to not detox alone if you are heavy drinker. You are stronger than you think. I am just a stranger on the internet but I pray you live a great and happy life 💜

@@scottnorris-tr8uqyou do not need a 12 step program to get clean, ive cut cold turkey on pain pills and have been using heavy since 2014 so 9 years straight with a bunch of breaks here and there but never longer then a month, and it is absolute fucking hell when the withdrawal happens and anyone that uses knows the feeling, i know its not the same as alcohol but still the same concept, i actually relapsed again today and as im typing this i took 6 Vicodin already within an hour then i will go cold turley because i do not want to take a sub and withdrawl only because those withdrawals are worse and takes alot longer to get through, but yeah ive never been to rehab once and ive stopped cold turkey, i feel like its our own power to stop drinking or getting high, and ive never done a 12 step program because i know i can get clean but its the mental part of it that takes control of you and makes u want more and for that i dont think the 12 steps bullshit helps or at least im just a lost fucking cause idk anymore.
