I find it interesting that Lumpy at this time was not voiced by David Winn. He was voiced by a different actor. David Winn back in seasons 1 and 2 which took place from 1999 to 2003 was a writer at the time. I was age 3yrs to age 7yrs. I am now 25. Yes, HTF is that old.

I think it's because these are the little Kringle things. One of their newer ones, We're Scrooges is 4 minutes long and it's a regular episode. It's just because around Christmas time they release a bunch of little things to keep the fans content.

There are goofs in this video.
There are several character mistakes:

- Toothy has normal buckteeth.
- If one looks hard enough, Giggles doesn't have her bow.
- Petunia didn't have the flower and a head marking on her head.

Lumpy should have died first, being the closest to the gas leak, but he may have being able to last longer due to his size.

Just imagine: Someone finds out that, let's say... the mall walls contain asbestos, and then: WHOOOM! Great cancer outburst! Yea I think sometimes they actually say stuff when they try to talk. Like in Happy Trails when Petunia was asking to take a piss when they were on the bus it sounds like Lumpy says, "God Damn it sit down" or something. I think Happy Tree Friends is like Kenny from South Park. They actually say stuff but it's kind of hard to hear.

So all the characters are implied to be either unconcious or dead from the gas leak, barring Lumpy who ultimately sets off the gas explosion, HOWEVER You can very clearly hear the fireplace crackling at the start of the episode.

@GiromCalica: actually, what happens was he had the gas turned on and it slowly filled the room. That's why everyone was passed out. When he finally got a flame on his lighter, it ignited the gas and caused a huge explosion.
