Even the hands that have the power to create and build should be taken away, as they will empathize with the desire to be rid of this physical form

Remove the center of emotions and motivation, leaving nothing but emptiness

And take my brain, or what remains
Eliminate the source of thought and consciousness, or whatever is left of it

Discard everything that makes up this physical body

The desire to be rid of this physical form has grown excessive and overpowering

A cumbersome and heavy body
This physical form is imposing and difficult to manage or navigate

Remove the ability to breathe and to continue living in this physical form

Eliminate the means to communicate or express oneself through language

Take away the ability to hear and understand the world around, and disappear from it entirely

Remove the physical connections that allow for movement and mobility

Eliminate the ability to break down food and the physical manifestation of a smile or grin

Remove the sense of smell and the ability to experience and process the scents of the world

Fall apart without me, body
This physical form is nothing without the consciousness that inhabits it

Bodies break
The physical bodies we inherit are flawed and will ultimately fail and both the body and consciousness it houses will disintegrate into the universe.
