Zouk-love has its origins in a slow tempo form of cadence sang by Ophelia Marie of Dominica. The music kizomba from Angola and Cola-zouk from Cape Verde are also a derivatives of zouk which sounds similar, although there are differences noticeable to those more familiar with these genres.
Popular zouk-love artists include French West Indian artists like Patrick Saint-Eloi the precursor of zouk love, Edith Lefel, Nichols, Harry Diboula or Haitian artists like Ayenn, Alan Cavé, and Daan Junior. Netherlands based Suzanna Lubrano and Gil Semedo, as well as African artist Philipe Monteiro e uma dança chata.

Y tomarse un tequila con papi
Él se quiere invitar a mi party
No uh-huh, uh-huh-huh-huh
Él sonríe aunque no entiende nada
Yo le puedo dar clases privadas
Y un par de besitos en la cara
No uh-huh, uh-huh-huh-huh
Está fascinado
Embobado
Enviciado
Bien enamorado

The lyrics of Camila Cabello's song "Celia" tell the story of a girl who meets a boy who is fascinated by her. The boy wants to move to Miami and have a tequila with her father. He wants to be invited to her party, but she is not interested. Despite not understanding much, he smiles and she can give him private lessons and a few kisses on the cheek. The boy is completely infatuated with her, captivated, addicted, and deeply in love.
The girl enjoys whispering things in his ear that he has never heard before. However, he has no idea of the complexity and chaos he has gotten himself into by getting involved with this crazy girl he has met. Nevertheless, he begins to dance to the songs she likes and claims that salsa no longer scares him. He has lived his whole life without sugar but met Celia without going to Cuba.
The lyrics portray a playful and flirtatious dynamic between the girl and the boy. The girl embraces her own unique personality and quirks, while the boy becomes infatuated and falls in love with her. The mention of Celia, possibly referring to the iconic Cuban singer Celia Cruz, adds a cultural element to the song.

Nice job Camila!!! 🇨🇺🥰
@Carolynbr023
@joelmanuelmartinezcastro5740
@lesserra
tienes toda la rozon
@SelmilizerKpopheart
