Ratzinger was the creative force behind Wumpscut, occasionally employing the help of others as guest artists. Ratzinger cites the influence of such bands as Leæther Strip as his reason for making the transfer from DJing to recording music.
The release of the song "Soylent Green", which is named after the 1973 movie and also contains audio samples from the German dubbed version, first attracted attention to Wumpscut. Since its release in 1993, it has become a frequently played song at events and clubs in the gothic and industrial subcultures and its associated splinter groups, both in Germany and the United States.
So far Ratzinger has published numerous recordings and remixes for other artists. Wumpscut is also very well known for elaborate box set releases including limited versions of a CD or LP release in a box with additional and often also limited bonus material (bonus tracks,energy drinks, posters, pins, stickers, bags, flags, etc.). Wumpscut albums are reissued regularly with variant artworks and occasionally bonus tracks. Standalone merchandise is also available such as caps, mugs, etc.

Rush
:Wumpscut: Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Run from pole to pole
Who is the hunted one
There comes the danger from
Rush it is waiting
Your head's price abating
Rush it's elating
Who knows who's the hunter
The lyrics to "Rush" by Wumpscut tell the story of someone who is constantly running and hiding from an unknown danger. The singer is always moving, trying to avoid being caught by whatever or whoever is chasing them. The question of who the hunted one is remains unanswered, but the lyrics suggest that danger is always lurking nearby. The chorus speaks to the adrenaline rush that comes with constantly being on the run. The singer's head price may be decreasing, but the excitement of eluding danger is still exhilarating.
The lyrics to "Rush" are open to interpretation, but they could speak to feelings of anxiety or paranoia. The constant movement and running could represent the feeling of being unable to relax or always anticipating danger. The idea of not knowing who the hunter is could speak to the fear of the unknown. In this way, "Rush" could be seen as a commentary on the human experience of living in a world where danger could be lurking around any corner.

I always wanted to edit this song to Silent Hill game footage. Someone do it for me. I'm a lazy old man now.
@ErGo13
It definitely has the right ominous vibe for Silent Hill.
