I'm rapidly struggling and feel bogged down by something and I can't move forward.

I don't have time to reconsider my beliefs because I'm preoccupied with staying afloat.

What caused me to be in this situation of sinking and struggling?

There are no brakes to slow down or stop this situation.

Where is the ripcord, the trapdoor, the key?
Where is the easy exit or solution to this problem?

Where is the cartoon escape-hatch for me?
I wish there was a simplistic and humorous exit for me to escape this situation.

No time to question the choices I make
I can't pause and rethink my decisions because I have to focus on survival.

I've got to follow another direction (although fall down is much cooler)
I need to take a different path or approach to get myself out of this predicament.

The last thing I remember was climbing up the stairs
The last thing I can remember is that I was trying to move upward and out of this situation.

I threw the window open in challenge and despair
Out of frustration and sadness, I opened a window as if to challenge whatever was pushing me down.

I don't know what I needed
I'm not sure what would have helped me or what I required in that moment.

I needed time
All I needed was more time to think and act.

I needed to escape
I just wanted to break free from whatever was holding me down.

I saw the future turn
I had a glimpse of the future events.

Upside-down and hesitate.
The future was uncertain and mixed with hesitation.

The vista I see now is changing
The landscape or my perspective is altered from what it used to be.

Uncertainty is suffocating
Not knowing what will happen is overwhelming and making me feel trapped.

Our hope has never felt so great and
Despite everything, our hope has never been greater.

Lit up down
Our entire being is filled with hope and energy.

A pounding pulse
Our heartbeats are racing and full of excitement.

To make it go
To keep it moving forward and to keep ourselves going.

Make it slow down,
But sometimes we need to slow down and not let our enthusiasm and hope cloud our judgment.

Go.
Even with the uncertainty and risk, we need to move forward with our hope and aspirations.

The city's burning, it's like it's ready to explode
The world or society is in a state of turmoil or crisis and on the brink of breaking down.

Accelerate to make it slow
Sometimes we need to speed up to slow things down or to get past the problem.

I'm incomplete
Despite everything happening, I still feel like something is missing or incomplete.
