The writing for this episode was superb. Kanat’s jealousy toward Ates was the stimulation needed. Keep in mind that Kanat immediately regretted what he did to Ekim at the carousel as she walked away from him after calling him the devil (hitting the horse). But his regret for betraying his brother overwhelmed him with guilt. Then Ekim’s mother told him to stay away from her which is why I think he’s treating her so coldly now even though he clearly cannot take his eyes off of her. (Remember he was taking no one else’s calls until he saw that Ekim was calling after he had to pull over from anxiety after that conversation with her mother).
The pool scene was perfection. I know most were hoping for Kanat to save Ekim, but Ates being the hero was the dagger to Kanat’s soul.
I’m sure he went to the gym after the note to once again protect Aziz, but it will be interesting to see what direction the writers take with this story line.
I foresee more epic jealous Kanat scenes as Ates tries to hurt Kanat the only way he has left…by attempting to win Ekim. Kanat will be unable to stay away from her.

The greatest revelation in this episode is Kanat’s uncle! I actually thought this man was probably Ekim’s father coming back to her and her mom’s lives. Now, we know he is Kanat’s uncle and it’s great to know the deep connection that Kanat and his cousin have. It’s sad that he has cancer though. 😢

I love leyla’s grandma and even though I hate Melissa, I have to admit that is super sweet the way she treats Layla’s grandma 👵 Layla doesn’t deserve her, she has a pure soul and is willing to do anything just to make Layla happy. I’m so tired of Ekim and the gang still being puzzled by Leyla’s actions and defending her when she has been a terrible friend. I hope Leyla ends up lonely and with regret. I also hope Melisa, Ozan, and Aziz start seeing repercussions for their terrible actions. I find them interesting as characters, and I know they have trauma, but I feel like everyone forgets how awful they have been and can be. As for Kanat and Ekim, I liked them together so much, but Kanat crossed a line when he made Ekim relive her trauma and idk if I want them to end up together, but I also don’t want her with Ates.

I thought this episode hit all the right notes: the director keeps doing great work (we noticed Ates’s entrance :)), the music was on point, the writing true to character development (i.e. Melisa and Ozan), and the actors, as always, great talent (i.e. I knew that Kanat and Hazal were related from their first interaction due their acting skills). Whatever direction Ekkan is moving in, I wish they would do it a little faster, they have the same interaction on repeat ever since they broke up. I love the new kid, and not necessarily for the jealousy angle (though Kanat deserves a bit of a taste of his own medicine too:)). If he’s a relative of one of the dead teachers he rightfully needs to find out what happened. It’s clear he researched all the characters at school and his closeness to Ekim could be a strategic move not necessarily a romantic one. We’ll see. As for the pool scene, of course Kanat would have jumped it. For all his issues, he’s not a psychopath. Complete strangers save drowning people because, well, humanity. Can’t wait for the the next episode!

Kanat is trying to convince himself he is bad because it’s easier than opening himself to the vulnerability of love. Ekim already hurt him once, but I think his walls are starting to break down. Kanat says his hate is as strong as his love, but every time Ekim is in physical danger he gets protective. He hurt her deeply reminding her of her kid's trauma, but in episode 11, when she was pushed on the ground amids the school fight, his heart screamed by yelling to Ozan to stop... Ekim knows him well, hence the pool scene she created.

I love that they used an English song for Kanats entry for the fight. I didn’t even notice the words were in English at first😂 I’m like oh, I can understand it! I know the translator has a lot to do but I wish songs were translated too! I’ll look them up by Siri and then have google translate the lyrics. I did it for the song Ekim played Kanat while he was sitting in his car outside his house when he was upset at her. But, I know it’s a lot of work! I really hope we can get a Melissa redemption arc or something along the lines in the future. Very curious to see more development on her character, perhaps learning more about her past so we can sympathize with her. Many thanks for the translation - superb episode - Hazel’s father a refreshing addition to the series someone who appreciates kindness . Kanat has a special bond with his Uncle - Kanat is a generous person but don’t cross him. Ekim knows that she broke Kanat’s trust in her and feels suitably guilty as she said to her Mum. I am looking forward to Hazel’s father getting back on his feet. Ates has ignited the fire of jealousy in Kanat yet Kanat is too aggrieved to forgive and forget or make things right with Ekim. No matter what happened at Luna Park Ekim does not really hold that against Kanat - I think Ekim feels worse that Kanat called her a fraud with regards to their relationship - that she should receive an Oscar award.

After watching the second trailer for The next episode I could tell you all that it would be full of surprises. You will find out that ozan is the actual father of the baby and Ege is the mother which is something I don't think anyone expected. I love Ekkan but my God Aziz and Leyla scenes are 🔥🔥🔥, even they are not romantically link as yet. This cast is so amazing and the writers, directors etc pair each couple perfectly, my other favorite is Hazal and Orjinal, they are so cute together. Can't wait to see a romance between Ekim mom and Hazal dad. He's very mysterious don't know if he's evil or not. So far he's up to something and I am getting a bad vibes but knowing these series he might be a good guy and he will save his nephews and sister in law from that monster. @zmac Aziz is a psychopath, I also don't think he likes her. He is only using her maybe they will eventually fall for each other but Aziz is a big psychopath is this story. He doesn't care about anyone and the fact that he always has some leverage against people is irritating

Personally don't trust Aziz, firstly he waited a whole day to show Leyla the footage of Naz putting the money in her bag, where as she was humiliated in front of the class, and when he sent the video of Leyla half dressed and tied up, sent to all the class, after he promised Ekim he deleted it, so evil, Leyla needs to be wary of him, not joining into a partnership with him.

This series is sooo good, I swear it has so much potential for another season, it better get another season. I don't think I could possibly cope if I didn't have this show, it literally makes my week watching the episode each week. All the actors are amazing

Who has else has finally understood why Kanat's hates Azizso much?
Afterall Aziz is the younger brother.
MR Riza's younger brother who is Hazal's father was loved more by their father so therefore Mr Riza has been holding resentment for his younger brother and therefore to vent his anger he does it on Aziz cause Aziz reprents that position of Hazal's father who was loved more whilst him Mr Riza being the oldest was deprived of eveything.
I don't know if anyone sees what I'm saying or gets.

Ok so now Daghan is schizophrenic. Ekim Misses Kaanat so badly she's begging for his affection by jumping in the pool. The new guy doesn't really like Ekim he's just wants to stir drama. Ozan finally had the guts to reveal his feelings to Melisa it was cute. Aziz and Leyla need to be together. This show is the only thing getting me through the week 😆

Thanks so much for this episo enjoyed it in English I'm so glad Kanat felt how ekim felt when he played around with her feelings but the sad part is ekim tried to check if Kanat loved her still and fell in the pool but he took time to save her so now we know Kanat don't love ekim anymore then his brother Aziz chooses to save him all the time even though his evil and leyl also I'm starting to hate even more and what I'm eager to know is whose baby are they talking about and whose father I saw a thriller with ece one of Melissa's friend holding the baby but the father is unknown can someone brief us please what we are missing here and glad hazals father came back now will enjoy this series more with secrets that will be soon revealed thanks to ates for putting it out

I loved this episode! Kanat jealousy is beautiful, that pool scene was amazing . Even though Ates saved ekim ( it was done on purpose) , we can see how Kanat was scared/ angry/concerned and his ego bruised. Little by little we will see how his walls are going to melt. Also, I love the chemistry between Melissa and ozan . Now, the question is , who's the baby's father?

Truly! I know some people are liking (and shipping) these two (Aziz and Leyla) but no matter how hard I try I just can’t find any redeeming qualities in them. At the very least Melisa and Ozan are more complex characters, though don’t get me wrong I think they all should pay the consequences of their actions.

I used to think that Kanat was just distancing himself from Ekim so that she does not get hurt like what they are doing with Daghan and Ayse. That might have been his way of protecting her and slowly reveal the truth about everyone. Certain scenes he looks like he cares and is trying to subtly hide that he cares. And the only way ekim would distance herself from him is if he was rude, but the whole theme park scene was too far and he did not even look worried for her in this episode so idk now.

Could it be that Ziya Hoca (the teacher that died in Ep.1) may be the father of Eces Baby. They had an affair and she got pregnant (I think she may aborted the pregnancy). Everyone that was included in these games instinkly knew the meaning of the note they got.
Thats what they threatened Ziya Hoca with and thats the secret Melisa is threatening Ece with too.
