At full moon, I experience strange feelings as if something is watching me in the night.

I am unable to sleep, and I keep moving around restlessly.

In a cold and sweaty bed
I find myself lying in a bed that's both cold and damp with sweat.

I search for answers
I try to find explanations for the things that are happening around me.

To questions that are ringing in my head
There are several doubts and questions swirling in my mind, causing me to feel uneasy.

Must I kill again tonight
I wonder if I need to commit murder once more before dawn breaks.

How can I fight the Beast within
I contemplate how to resist the ferocious and violent part of myself that's trying to take over.

My soul will burn from the sin
I fear that my spirit will suffer severely as a consequence of the evil acts I've committed.

Forty thousand years have passed
Humanity has managed to exist for an incredibly long time, yet we still haven't learned from our mistakes.

But man has never Learned
Despite all the years that have gone by, we continue to repeat the same errors over and over again.

Legendary fears are,
People are scared of monsters and other supernatural beings that exist in stories and legends.

Cast in blood that doesn't burn
These ghoulish legends are sometimes based on events that involve bloodshed and torment, but the passage of time doesn't dull the horror.

Only a shot of silver
The only way to destroy some of these creatures is with a silver bullet.

Can release these chains that bind
A well-placed silver bullet can set humanity free from the grip of these monstrosities.

A bullet from a holy Cross
Even the sacred relic of a cross can be used to destroy a demon, if aimed with enough skill.

Brings the kiss of death so kind
Death is always a mercy when it comes to such terrible creatures.

Savage instincts rules me
I am being driven by an animalistic force that is making me behave in an uncontrolled and violent manner.

Grim despair entombs me
I am consumed by a profound sense of hopelessness which threatens to swallow me whole.

Haunting dreams torment and control
I am being plagued by disturbing nightmares that are taking over my life.

The hunger for flesh devours
I am being consumed by a ravenous desire to sink my teeth into human flesh and taste its blood.

A curse immortal powers
I have been cursed with an unending ability to regenerate, so that no matter how wounded I become, I keep on living.

Inhuman lust to kill tears at my soul
A profound, animalistic yearning to slaughter others is taking hold of me and ripping apart my identity as a human being.

Severe the bloodline
To break the curse, the literal or figurative bloodline that allows it to persist must be disrupted or destroyed.

Give me release
I long to be free of this curse, and wish that someone would put an end to my existence.

The undead are screaming
Those who have been cursed and now live as immortal monsters are shrieking and howling for vengeance or release.

For vengeance and peace
The undead seek retribution against those who might have cursed them, and also to finally find an end to their torment.
