Overall Meaning

The lyrics of John Mayer's song Try are about the struggles and insecurities that come with trying to be oneself in a romantic relationship. Jell-O is a brand name, the official term is gelatin but most just call it jello.
They also sell what we call pudding, but even those boxes have a big red Jell-O on them.

The local Sonic drive in, during warmer days will have the carhops deliver food while using roller skates.

It has been my experience that watermelon has a lot more flavor if you serve it at room temperature rather than cold out of the fridge. I know people that sprinkle a little salt on their watermelon, and I have been known to sprinkle it with sugar.

Hearing you guys disparage the smell of fresh watermelon makes me sad for the pitiful melons you must be used to in Ireland. Here in Oklahoma when you crack open a ripe melon in the summer, you can smell the aroma all over the house! Sweeet! Love your videos, never miss a one. Ok, so...Limeade is the say exact thing as Lemonade (fruit juice, water, and sugar) except made with limes instead of lemons. And just like you can add strawberries to lemonade to get a tasty sweet-tart treat, you traditionally add strawberries to the limeade for a light and refreshing taste. Sonic's limeade is basically just lemon-lime soda, but with extra lime juice added. They decided to add cherries to the limeade; idk, but as a lover of cherry, I adore it. Even though they do make strawberry limeade, cherry limeade is a big seller for them.

Aidan, the roller skate server drive thrus existed, popular starting in the 1950s but petering out by the 1990s.

My morher actually did this back in the day, for an A&W franchise drive thru that served food, desserts & beverages, including the company's famous root beer in frosted glass mugs, on trays that would attatch to the edge of a car's window when you rolled it down most of the way.

And if you want imitate Ocean Water flavor, mix coconut water, lemon lime soda (suggest Sprite or 7 Up), coconut extract to taste & a drop or two ( depending on intesity of color & consistency) of blue food coloring.

Serve the mixture over pebbled/crushed ice or granita it by freezing on lipped trays ( more surface area to freeze faster), scraping with a fork every 20 minutes for 2 hours or until slushy to preference and serve in a drinking vessel of your choice.

Sonic is great!!! At least the drinks anyway. They have hundreds of different syrups you can add to soft drinks or slushes. They have good shakes too. But, by far.....the best thing about Sonic is their creme slush!!! It's slush mixed with ice cream. I'm not a fan, but Sonic is best known for their cherry limeade.

Also, "Ocean Water" is "a fizzy coconut infused lime drink that is supposed to be super refreshing" (it's with lemon-lime soda (Sprite) with coconut flavor added in, which for some weird reason is blue). It is a light blue color, hence the ocean part of the name.

Yes Sonic carhops use to bring your food out while on roller skates back in the day. I can say back in the day simply because I'm just that damned old. Been to Sonic many times and never, ever have I gone there to get some Jello much less purchase a box to take home and make it. Never saw the Robin Williams version. Generation gap in force here. lol OMG....Dermot and Aiden were like 8 year old boys.
