While Arabs can roam Israel freely and live happily as long as they don't commit terrorism and crimes just like any other land.
The proper solution to this is that they get a citizenship from one of the 22 Arab nations… especially those that were directly responsible for the conflict (Jordan, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon).
The restrictions exist for a reason and that is to protect Israel’s security as well as demographics.
By the way, so called mistreatment is far more humane than what other nations would do to them - outright expulsion, persecution, harassment, special taxes.
