These lyrics are from Angela Aki's song "Knockin' on Heaven's Door." The song revolves around the themes of love, companionship, and the search for meaning in life and beyond.
The first verse speaks of the singer's presence and support when the person they love is happy and when they are facing death. It implies that the singer will be there for their loved one during both joyous and challenging times.
The next lines, "Umi to aozora ga senaka awaseru basho, Unmei no door o tamerawazu knock shiyou," can be interpreted as the singer encouraging the person to face their destiny without hesitation. It suggests that they should not fear what lies ahead but instead knock on the door of fate with confidence.
The repetition of "Knock, Knock, Knockin On Heavens Door" throughout the song emphasizes the act of persistently seeking answers and connection. It signifies the singer's determination to find their loved one and discover the meaning of their existence.
The lines "Namida o fuite" and "Kotae o mitsuketa kara" express the singer's desire to wipe away tears and find the answers they seek. It can be seen as a pledge to provide comfort and find the ultimate truth through love.
Overall, the song alludes to the human need for connection, understanding, and finding purpose in life. It portrays the singer as a loving and supportive presence who will be there through both the highs and lows, and who believes in the power of love as a guiding force.
