さかのぼること1998年、当時小学3年。家に哀戦士のビデオが入り、当時それをよく見ていた。ガンダムを持ち出してホワイトベース号を抜けたアムロが砂漠にガンダムを埋めるところでこの曲が使われてたのが小学3年にはよほど印象的だったのか、この曲を聴くとアムロが砂漠にガンダムを埋めるところや、ホワイトベース号乗員達による戦死者追悼の敬礼でのアムロの悲痛な叫びが今でも目に浮かぶ・・・。
そして当時の時点でガンキャノンは好きだった記憶
