(Just like a paradise)
(Just like a paradise)
(Just like a paradise)
Slow
(Just like a paradise)
(Just like a paradise)
(Just like a paradise)
The lyrics to 倖田來未's song 奇跡 (Miracle) describe the experience of discovering something unexpected, and finding the courage to pursue it. The first verse speaks of a dream that was left behind, but suddenly bursts forth from the dry ground. The singer acknowledges that in the past, they may not have been brave enough to abandon their pride and move forward, but now they see the value in doing so. The chorus repeats the phrase "Just like a paradise" three times, emphasizing that the most important thing in life is the person they have met, even if they have almost lost them.
The second verse focuses on the idea that there is a universal force that can make even impossible things happen. The singer believes that when their feelings for someone turn into courage, light will begin to shine into their life. They also accept that time seems to move more slowly now, but that they can take advantage of this by focusing on something small, and nurturing it. The bridge of the song emphasizes the importance of believing in oneself and in the things that are most valuable. The singer wants to smile and move towards the light, wrapped in the warmth of the miracle they share with the person they love.
Overall, the song is a message of hope, encouraging listeners to believe in the power of love to transform their lives. It reminds us that even when things seem impossible, there is always the possibility of a miracle, waiting to be discovered.
