Congratulations on another 100! And what a great choice for the special spot! As a fellow latecomer fan to the series, I've always found the Cross-Examination themes are some of the most tense and addictive tracks of each game in the franchise, especially Trials & Tribulations and Dual Destinies. I really should add one track of them to my own list sometime.
Well done, and I hope you have a Merry Christmas! ^^/

Great themes! I think I'll get into this series when I get the 3DS Trilogy.

I will also be getting that Trilogy as it will also be my introduction to this great series. Also, i love the music from this series. It has been some the better music i have heard from a game that started on the DS.

This themes all felt pretty similar, but also differiated from each other enough. Nice ^^

Little bit late here for the celebration, but congrats on another 100! Glad you're a fan of the series as well! I started playing the series not too long after it came out in the US, and it has since become one of my favorite handheld series.
Have you gotten the chance the play Ghost Trick? The game features similarly hilarious characters, with an excellent soundtrack by Masakzu Sugimori.

KlagmarVGM It would make sense that they would have a similar feel, as Ghost Trick was written/directed by the creator of the Ace Attorney series, Shu Takumi. Aww, it's a shame that you were spoiled. Though knowing the ending after beating the game for the first time didn't stop me from replaying the game over and over again for about a month. I seem to have a tendency to replay games that supposedly have low replay-value...
Have you seen the Ace Attorney (or Gyakuten Saiban in Japan) movie? It's a surprisingly good adaptation of the first game. It's very wacky and over-the-top for a live-action movie, but it fits just right in for Ace Attorney. There should be a subbed version floating somewhere on Youtube.

Thanks a lot! I am familiar with Ghost Trick, but my desire to play it unfortunately lessened after I had the ending spoiled for me. It does seem to be much in the spirit of the Ace Attorney games, though!

Allegro version from Trials and Tribulations plus Allegro version from Apollo Justice are the best.
