She started playing koto (a traditional Japanese 13-stringed instrument) at the age of four and grew up surrounded by many different music styles. Later, in April of 2004, she won a singing competition held by "Star 93.7", one of the most popular radio stations in Boston. After returning home to Japan, in 2008, Hiromi joined with R&B producer Nao'ymt to create her first song "Recover", which gained strong feedback. On June 24, 2009, Hiromi's first full album entitled "RAINBOW" was released.

My Everything
Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
You were my everything baby
You were my everything baby
Baby come back
過ごせばいいの?(to pass the time)
All my girls
(I don't know what to do)
You were my everything baby
Baby come back
You were my everything baby
Baby come back
The song "My Everything" by 宏実 talks about the feeling of being lost and directionless after a breakup. The first verse describes the singer as being lost like a child without a place to go and not understanding anything anymore after the person they loved has left their life. The chorus of the song repeats the line "You were my everything, baby" emphasizing the significance and importance of the person they lost. The second verse touches on the struggles of trying to move on without the person, feeling alone and not knowing who to turn to. The singer is used to being seen as strong and doesn't want to appear vulnerable, but without the support from their partner, they feel lost and alone. The bridge of the song talks about the little things the singer has lost since their partner left, such as knowing what to wear when they go out with their friends, and how they had taken their love for granted. The chorus is repeated once more as the song fades out with the words "Baby come back."
