In 2008 24HERBS released their self-titled debut album “24HERBS”. Their hit single “Respect Tou OK” made to multiple radio station’s pop charts and won “Year 2008 Hong Kong Commercial Radio Annual Award for “The Best New Group – 3rd place”. 24HERBS collaborated with various artistes, the early ones including “Forgiveness” with Sammi Cheng and “Laser” with Chermaine Fong. “Forgiveness” won the “Highest hit rate MV” in Hong Kong Digital Media Award.
Since their formation they have played close to 100 shows; clubs, concerts, sponsored events and at festivals. Their music is energized and 24Herbs get energized by playing in front of crowds. The group have had roles and cameos in Hong Kong movies, TV shows and cable networks. Commercial yet still maintaining their independence and offer alternative music to the audience.
In the last few years, 24HERBS has been activity involved in the movie industry, they wrote and sang the theme song for the film “Once a Gangster” also guest starred in the film.
