In 1989 they attained a major record deal with BMG Victor (現BMG JAPAN) and released the album ‘Sore Kara’ 「それから」. On January 27 1990, Edo died of an accidental drowning whilst taking a bath. The remaining members disbanded shortly after.

AGITATION!
The song "アジテーション" by 暗黒大陸じゃがたら (Ankoku Tairiku Jagatara) is a critique of the superficiality and lack of substance in modern society. The first verse uses the imagery of seeing through things (透視) and tasting things (味見) to emphasize that people are only concerned with appearances (外見) and outward actions like playing squash (スカッシュ) instead of striving for a deeper understanding or meaning in life. The repetition of the phrase "何もないagitation" (meaningless agitation) highlights the emptiness of this way of living.
The second verse continues this critique by pointing out that people are only concerned with having the latest technology (At) or reaching the end of something (End), without regard for the process or the people around them. The use of the word デリカシー (delicacy) highlights the lack of sensitivity or empathy in this behavior. The chorus repeats the same criticisms of focusing on superficial things like playing squash, without any deeper purpose or meaning.
Overall, the song is a call to reject this empty way of living and strive for something more meaningful, as emphasized by the final shout of "Agitation!"
