Dancing and dancing and dancing
Falling and falling and falling
Saturday
Dancing and dancing and dancing
Jumping and jumping and jumping
Feeling just feeling just feeling
Flying just flying just flying
The opening lines of the song "Mind Game" by 松原みき describe the peaceful yet abstract world where the singer of the song exists. The first line, "ほおづえつけば 雨は銀色の踊り子ね" roughly translates to "resting my chin on my hands, the rain becomes a silver dancer". The following line, "舗道に咲いた傘のパレードを飛びこえて" can be interpreted as the singer admiring the beauty of the umbrellas planted in the pavement, and metaphorically jumping over them. The song then moves on to describe the singer's activities on a Saturday. She changes into a fresh shirt, boils some milk, and plays with a kitten.
As the song progresses, the singer imagines herself jumping around her room while a freshly baked omelette exhales a tempting aroma. She then imagines herself flying away with her velvet shoes to a city of watercolor paints. Here, she hopes to complete a dream that has been broken multiple times. The singer reflects on the fact that she enjoys having a changing heart and a changeable personality, even if nobody knows her in this peaceful world.
The chorus repeats her desire to enjoy her own personal time while not worrying about anybody else's opinions. She likes the fact that her heart can change with every passing moment, and she appreciates the fact that she can dream of the impossible. The ending of the song repeats this sentiment, with the singer once again affirming that she loves having a changeable heart and personality.
