She is a Japanese composer. Kubota has also worked on vocal music composition and arrangement for anime theme songs. Two notable works would be Undine (ウンディーネ, Undine?) and Euphoria (ユーフォリア, Euphoria?) which managed to hit the chart positions in Japan at #25 [1] and #18 [2] respectively. Both are opening theme songs for the anime adaptation of ARIA.

you wrote soooo beautiful music and i love your resolutions and harmony change. I wished the orchestra musicians phrased better with breathing in and release out the flow better, and doing more dynamic contrast in the recordings, not just trying to be perfect, at least like kannazuki no miko ost period, you got some really really good recordings, the music was really emotional and has many good layers of sections. it is something has to be done by the musicians who perform your work, than depending on editing. Lucky your good writing skills is there, and we can hear it, and cry. thank you for the contribution, and introducing to the world your musicality.
