Lyrics
La la la la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la
La la la la la la la la (la la la la la)

That familiar raincoat
My heart trembls in the twilight station
Those quick footsteps belong to none other
Than the one I loved long ago
The youthful memories well up
A step ahead of the nostalgia
I can't find the words
I just wanted to casually let you know
That I'm doing just fine
Without you...
All that's changed in two years
Is his gaze and my hair
We both have people to go home to
You don't even notice me
I get on the car next to yours
And when I see you looking down
I suddenly feel like I'm about to cry
For the first time now
I realize how you felt and it hurts
And I realize I was the only one in love
The sight of you as you disappear
Swallowed up by the rush hour crowd
Stays in my heart and makes me sad
When I get out of the ticket gate
The rain's almost let up
And another ordinary night has come to this town

Riku Rautasalo
In my memories there's a raincoat
At the station at night, my chest trembled
Quick steps, without a doubt
Is someone I loved before
At one step from nostalgia
I get filled with bitter memories
I can't find the words
Though you're not there, because of that
"I live happy" in a casual way
I tried to tell you, and however...
What changed in two years
Was his look and my hair
We both respectively return to someone waiting for us
We're returning without realizing
Riding a railroad vehicle
If I see your profile looking down
Unexpected tears overflow
Now your feelings
I understand for the first time that it hurts me
You loved me and only me
The stampede in a hurry swallows you
Your figure vanishes behind
My heart is left desperatedly sad
When I exit the ticket gate
The rain stopped in this city
The mundane night comes

At the familiar raincoat,
my heart trembled at the station in twilight,
the fast step is unmistakably him
who i loved once..
One step before i feel nostalgic about him,
in the bitter memories welling out,
i cannot find what to say at all..
I am living fine like this without him,
i wanted though to tell him so casually ..
What changed in the past 2 years is
his look and my hair-do,
we each other go back without recognizing
to the ones who are waiting for each of us..
Riding on the rail wagon next to his,
looking at his profile looking down,
i suddenly feel like my tears welling out
For the first time i understand now painfully
his feeling that he loved me alone..
**
His back figure disappearing in
the struggling flow of the people in the rush hour
remains so sadly in my heart..
At the time we get out of the exit,
in this city where the rain is about to stop,
an usual night is coming out..

If you can understand Japanese, you can watch a 5-minute sad drama.
The lyrics have a very deep meaning.

There is always some special feeling hidden behind the song, subtle, sophisticated, combined with sweet and bitter......I don’t understand Japanese, but most my favorite Japanese songs are life-time....thank you for sharing...
