FLY HIGH
Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Hey!Are you alright?
I wanna Fly Fly Fly
Yes! I'm alright
I wanna Fly Fly Fly
Get your own dreams
Everything is alright
Get your own dreams
Every-thing is alright
I may Cry Cry Cry
I can Fly Fly Fly I can Fly...
The lyrics to 織田裕二's song "FLY HIGH" express a desire to break free from the confines of everyday life and soar towards dreams that have been held on to since childhood. The first verse describes a longing to fly, and the sense of quiet found on top of a hill. The lyrics offer encouragement to keep going, even when things are tough, and remind the listener that their dreams are worth pursuing no matter what.
The second verse explores the idea of pain and the struggle to keep going, using the metaphor of wind blowing by as a symbol of moving forward. The lyrics urge the listener to push beyond simply watching as others pass them by and instead take action to make their dreams come true. The chorus reiterates the desire to achieve those long-held dreams and encourages taking the necessary steps to make them a reality.
Overall, "FLY HIGH" inspires listeners to pursue their dreams with passion and perseverance, encouraging them to overcome obstacles and believe in themselves even in the face of adversity.
