關菊英（Susanna Kwan，1958年5月3日－），綽號大公仔、菊姐，香港無綫電視旗下經理人合約藝員，星娛樂旗下歌手，是70、80年代香港當紅一線女歌手。

關菊英14歲時憑在市政局主辦的歌唱比賽中勇奪冠軍闖入樂壇，早年多唱電視劇主題曲和插曲，其首本名曲有《狂潮》、《過客》、《兩忘煙水裡》等。1986年更於灣仔伊利莎伯體育館舉辦首個個人演唱會。1990年與家人移民加拿大溫哥華過著半退休生活，2006年迴流香港，接拍電視劇東方之珠，其中於《溏心風暴》一劇中首次飾演奸角，大受觀眾歡迎。乘着《溏心風暴》餘威，她於2007年8月1日至2日舉行《關菊英溏心演唱會》，是她出道以來首次紅館個人演唱會。
關菊英於2007年5月再度加入無綫電視成為旗下經理人合約藝員，現為無綫當家花旦。及後更憑《溏心風暴》中細契(王秀琴)一角獲萬千星輝頒獎典禮我最喜愛的電視女角色。
