DeepL translate, when I put in the entire title (including the first set of characters, which it translates to "La Plus Darkness" big surprise) says that 合縁事変 MV means "Gaien Jiken" MV.
The first two translate to "Outside" "garden" and the latter two to "incident".
When I just place the four characters in 合縁事変 the translation is "The United Nations Incident". 合縁事変 MV translates to "Happenings MV".
合縁 is Aien, "good / loving relationship" (which is probably why google translates it as marriage) so I think the intention is to be something along the lines of "The uniting incident" or "the incident of united nations" - and definitely means "La+ takes over the world" either way :V
According to a website that has the lyrics listed, the name is "Aien Jihen" which is close to what DeepL said...Aien is roughly relationship, and jihen is incident. So yeah, i'm confused on the intention unless it is what I said.
