Haruka Shimotsuki is known for her vocal themes in the Atelier Iris and Ar tonelico series. She also wrote the lyrics and sang the ending themes to the two seasons of Rozen Maiden as well as the OVA under the name Kukui, a unit with Myu. Shimotsuki's original music consists mainly of ethnic and fantasy music, and most of her songs are soft in tone. She likes video games, and is a big fan of the Tales series.
Revo (レブォ) first started to release his music over the internet in the 1990s and has since released six major albums. Sound Horizon's music is generally in omnibus style; an album contains multiple stories with different themes that create one long story. Soprano or mezzo-soprano vocals are mainly utilized. Usage of narration is not restrained. Strong anime influences and applications are apparent in their music; they have started inviting famous voice actors for narration since their major debut. Their lyrics are very often mysterious and metaphorical, even more so than those of other J-rock musicians, with themes varying from fantastic ones like ancient curse, legend, dreams, war, and paradise to forbidden lust, longing, obsession, crime, relationships, etc.

@SilvermistAnimeLover
Please. What is this song from?! I bought this 9 years ago from iTunes because it was pretty. I could never find the lyrics online, so I learned it by ear. It sounds like it’s from a movie or an anime, what is it from?
@SouseisekiMaiden4
Schwarzweiß fue utilizada como opening del juego Iris Atelier. Creo que Weiß y Schwarz sirven para completar la historia de aquella canción. Los autores son Revo y Haruka Shimotsuki.
@SouseisekiMaiden4
El orden es:
1-Weiß - gensou he no sasoi
2-Schwarz - soushite shoujo wa mori no naka (esta canción)
3-Schwarzweiß - kiri no mukou ni tsunagaru sekai
@MusicBeyondLimits
It's from an album with a storyline rather than an anime.
The story is told in altogether three songs and this is only the second song.
