After graduating from Tokyo Gakugei University in 1995, she went on to join CAPCOM Co., Ltd., in the same year, where she worked on several major titles such as Breath of Fire III, Breath of Fire IV, Shadow of Rome, and Megaman EXE 2, 3, and 6. He's an antagonist, but he's not a villain. At most, an antivillain.

He's not even an antagonist really. He's a tragic hero. He was arrogant, but not evil in any way. You'd be mad too if you made an empire, went to sleep, and when you woke up that empire was trying to kill you. The Empire is the real villian, it antagonizes Fou-Lu as much as it does Ryu.

He was still wanting to destroy the world. Anyway that guy, Casp, says it was rushed (along with V) in his video, and I guess I wouldn't be surprised, but man such a bummer. I did like the ending still since they didn't belong there in the first place. But it always struck me as odd that Deis seems to suggest she would defy it somehow, and remain a god =/

He was just the unfortunate god that mostly experimented with the bad ugly dirty side of the world making him want to destroy it while Ryu experimented with the good side of the world making him want to protect it

Yeah the ending really was different (actually they both kind of result in the same thing this time around). Instead of being vanquished, he gets to continue. So that kind of means he really wasn't the bad guy.

And no, he's not a bad guy. Actually it was more because of Mami ' s death that was the breaking point for him that he semi became what you might consider the villain.
He still didn't truly hate humans, he was rather deeply broken hearted. I think if she had lived, he might have stayed with her. But he's definitely not evil or anything. Such a great character♡

He is. Who wouldn't be mad when the empire you've build for hundreds of years now trying to kill you, and the woman you love is being tortured and her very being is used as a cannon ammo to kill you.
I would definitely destroy the world after surviving all those.

He's the Dark Dragon of the game and they always work to preserve Order in the world. Zog, Ray, and Teepo are all Dragons who aligned themselves with the bad side to preserve order and Fou-Lou creates an Empire for the same purpose.
