It is pretty cruel I know it's not real but still this is pretty sick they didn't need to advertise a car as good as this in this way it's not even a good ad cruelty aside anyway even in a business point of view it's not a good ad so its the stupidity of it that gets me and whoever made it must of been a bit strange

@Daniel Wickham I thought it was pretty funny, this is a late 90s early 00s commercial, I remember it vaguely from that time. It shouldn’t be judged by today’s standards. It’s edgy and conveys the message that this Ka is an evil variant of the normal Ka.
