Crisis de Amor
1945 Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
Amor...
The first stanza of the song "Crisis De Amor" by 1945 sets the tone for a conversation between two people who have had difficulties in their relationship. The singer hears the sharpness in their partner's voice and knows that they have to talk about their issues again. This conversation seems to be a recurring one, and it always ends up being useless for both of them. The partner is in pain, but today they cannot speak. The second stanza shows the singer pleading with their partner to tell them everything that is going wrong in their relationship. The partner's attitude is distant, and the singer can see it in their eyes. The chorus urges the partner to leave and end the "Crisis De Amor." The song ends with the singer acknowledging that the relationship is over, and they can now move on with their lives.
