You wonder why they call you bitch
You wonder why they call you bitch
You wonder why they call you bitch
You wonder why they call you bitch
You wonder why they call you bitch
You wonder why they call you bitch

Look here Miss Thang, hate to salt your game
But you's a money hungry woman and you need to change
In the locker room, all the homies do is laugh
High fives 'cause anotha nigga played your ass
It was said you were sleezy, even easy
Sleepin' around for what you need
See it's your thing and you can shake it how you wanna
Give it up free or make your money on the corner
But don't be bad and play the game, get mad and change
Then you wonder why these muthafuckas call you names
Still lookin' for a way out, and that's okay
I can see you wanna stray, there's a way out (way out)
Keep your mind on your money, enroll in school
And as the years pass by, you can show them fools
But you ain't trying to hear me cause your stuck
You're headin' for the bathroom 'bout to get tossed up
Still lookin' for a rich man, you dug a ditch
Got your legs up trying to get rich
I love you like a sister, but you need to switch
And that's why they called you bitch (called you bitch)
I betcha

You wonder why they call you bitch
You wonder why they call you bitch, I betcha
You wonder why they call you bitch
You wonder why they call you bitch (called you bitch)
You wonder why they call you bitch
You wonder why they call you bitch, I betcha
You wonder why they call you bitch
You wonder why they call you bitch

You leave your kids with your mama 'cause your headin' for the club
In a skin tight miniskirt looking for some love
Got them legs wide open while you're sittin' at the bar
Talkin' to some nigga 'bout his car
I guess he said he had a Lexus, what's next?
You headin' to his car for some sex
I pass by, can't hold back tears inside
'Cause Lord knows, for years I tried
And all the other people on my block hate your guts
Then you wonder why they stare, and call you, "Slut"
It's like your mind don't understand
You don't have to kill your dreams, plottin' schemes on a man
Keep your head up, legs closed, eyes open
Either a nigga wear a rubber or he die smokin' (die smokin')
I'm hearin' rumors so you need to switch
And niggas wouldn't call you bitch (call you bitch), I betcha

You wonder why they call you bitch
You wonder why they call you bitch, I betcha
You wonder why they call you bitch
You wonder why they call you bitch, I betcha
You wonder why they call you bitch
You wonder why they call you bitch, I betcha
You wonder why they call you bitch
You wonder why they call you bitch (wonder why they call you bitch)

I guess times gettin' hard, even harder for you, 'cause hey now
Got a baby on the way now
More money from the county, and thanks to the welfare
You're about to get your hair done
You got a dinner date, can't be late
Trick or treat, sweet thing got another trick to meet
The way he did it it was smooth, plottin' while he gamin' you
So baby, peep the rules
I should've seen it in the first case, the worst case
I should've never called you back in the first place
I remember back in high school, baby, you was fast
Straight sex, when you moved your ass
But now things change, 'cause you don't look the same
Let the ghetto get the best of you, baby, that's a shame
Caught HIV and now you 'bout to be deceased
And finally be in peace
So where your niggas at now? 'Cause everybody left
They stepped, and left you on your own
See I loved you like a sister, but you died too quick
And that's why we called you bitch, I betcha

You wonder why they call you bitch
You wonder why they call you bitch (wonder why they call you bitch) I betcha
You wonder why they call you bitch
You wonder why we call you bitch (wonder why we call you bitch) I betcha
You wonder why we call you bitch
You wonder why we call you bitch (wonder why we call you bitch) I betcha
You wonder why we call you bitch
You wonder why we call you bitch (wonder why we call you bitch)

Dear Ms. Deloris Tucker (alright), you keep stressin' me
Fuckin' with a muthafuckin' mind (peep this though)
I figured you wanted to know, you know
Why we call them hoes, bitches?
And maybe this might help you understand (you feel me?)
It ain't personal (nuh uh), strictly business baby, strictly business

So if you wonder why we call you bitch
You wonder why we called you bitch (wonder why we called you bitch)

If you wonder why we call you bitch
You wonder why we call you bitch (wonder why we call you bitch)

Overall Meaning

The lyrics of 2Pac's 'Why U Turn On Me' are a reflection of his inner frustrations and anger towards those who he had once considered friends but turned on him. The rapper expresses his disappointment in how people who he had shown kindness and offered help had betrayed him. He begins by discussing his success and how many people who had once supported him now want him to fail. He also touches on the East Coast vs. West Coast hip-hop feud that had been going on for years and calls out hypocrites who claimed to hate East Coast rappers but had no problem getting money from them. He also mentioned the fact that he made a song about his enemies, but people still tripped, a reference to his famous diss track, 'Hit 'Em Up'.

The second verse starts with a description of his friendship with someone he calls 'you'. The rapper recalls that he had offered everything to this person, from his clothes to his Jeep and even his house, but this person picked a new direction and left him in the blink of an eye. He also talks about how he never received a single visit from any of his old friends while he was in jail, and now that he's out, all his money is gone. He then takes a direct dig at Wendy Williams, a radio host who had spread rumors about his time in jail, and wishes her ill.

Here‘s the lyrics homies👌🏼

[Verse 1: Method Man]

Sort of like Malcolm at the Audubon
They coming for me, time is money no Audemar
See bar-for-bar, I keep it pushing no R&R
No foreign broads and no promotion for foreign cars
The game is ours, let’s keep it funky who said he was
Like Staten Island, Italians bleed spaghetti sauce
If y'all ain't shaking or stacking than y'all already lost
Already cross the light, Christ I'm ready for em
Plus anybody that saying no, I’m taking numbers
I’m taking names, I’ll take your chain take this hunger
Pain, pain, pain
Can you feel the thunder and rain I don’t talk it like the rainbow
I get it done and the game y’all
Do me a favor, don’t ever play with my ball
Never been a player-hater I just ain't playing with y'all
You watching lame but look I’m taking the charge
Going hard will get you two shots now I’m facing the charge

[Hook x2: Freddie Gibbs]
Fire up the la let’s go take a ride
They might catch you by surprise if you let em slide
But if you’re built for this shit then you might survive
Guess I’ll see you when you wake up on the other side

[Verse 2: 2Pac]
Now, ever since a nigga was a seed
Only thing promised to me was the penitentiary
Still ballin', ridin' on these niggas ‘cause they lame
In a '61 Chevy, still heavy in this game
Can you feel me? Blame it on my mama, I'm a thug nigga
Up before the sun rise, quicker than the drug dealers
Tell me if it's on, nigga, then we first to bomb, bust
On these bitch-made niggas, hit 'em up
Westside! Ain't nobody loved me as a broke nigga
Finger on the trigger, Lord forgive me if I smoke niggas
I love my females strapped, then fuck her from the back
I get my currency in stacks, California is where I'm at
Ridin', passed by while these niggas wondered why
I got shot but didn't die, let 'em see who's next to try
Did I cry? Hell nah, nigga, tears shed
For all my homies in the pen, many peers dead; a nigga still ballin'

[Hook x2: Freddie Gibbs]

Fire up the la let’s go take a ride
They might catch you by surprise if you let em slide
But if you’re built for this shit then you might survive
Guess I’ll see you when you wake up on the other side

[Verse 3: Ice Cube]
The world is mine nigga get back
Don't mess with my stack the gauge is racked
About to drop the bomb I'm the Westcoast don
Big fish in a small pond
Now the feds trying to throw they book at the crook
But I shook they worm and they hook
Guppies hold they breath. They want to miss me when I'm tipsy
Running everything westside of the Mississippi
Its the unseen, pulling strings with my pinky ring
We got your woman, pucker up 'fore we fuck her up
Bow down before I make a phone call
Got 25 niggas running up on y'all
For the cheese we want them keys
Everybody freeze on your knees, butt naked please
Before any of you guppies get heart
Nigga rewind my part fool

[Hook x2: Freddie Gibbs]

Fire up the la let’s go take a ride
They might catch you by surprise if you let em slide
But if you’re built for this shit then you might survive
Guess I’ll see you when you wake up on the other side

[Verse 4: 2Pac]
Now everybody wanna see us dead
Two murdered on the front page
Shot to death, bullets to the head
Niggas holla out my name and it's similar to rape
Motherfuckers know I'm comin', so they runnin' to they graves
Watch! Swoop down with my nigga from the Pound
‘Cause Currupt don't give a fuck
Where you coward niggas now?
Blast, keep pumpin', ain't worried about nothin'
Busters thought we was frontin'
So reload and keep dumpin'; still ballin'

[Verse 5: Eazy-E]

Seven-thousand, four hundred, twenty three grains
Of sand drop from the hourglass
It's how much time I got left on this planet
Some motherfucker's gotta die!
I'm an evil motherfucker ready to tear shit up
I'm gonna put these things on you, and never let up
See, my momma...she was wrong when I was born
That a nigga like E should'a never been born
Too late, big mistake in '72
It's '92, now the year of code blue
15 hours..11 minutes..30 seconds
I'm a motherfuckin' wreck
Gonna pay back niggas who did me wrong in the past
My days ain't long
I'm comin' strong and fast
Lock up 8 niggs..kill up 10 pigs
Innocent and fuckers are also dyin, too
Now what else can I do?
Fuck, fuck, fuck and plant my seeds
Leavin' kids in this world like me
The lunatic psycho mutherfucka Eazy-E

[Hook x2: Freddie Gibbs]
Fire up the la let’s go take a ride
They might catch you by surprise if you let em slide
But if you’re built for this shit then you might survive
Guess I’ll see you when you wake up on the other side
