The members are rooted in Bilad Al-Sham, spanning the divides from Amman to the Galilee, the Golan Heights to Ramallah. This new sound of 47SOUL has rapidly amassed fans in the Middle East and Europe by blasting the electric Arabic debka sound through underground music scenes.
On top of the beats that have been bumping in the Middle East for centuries, 47SOUL hypes it up with analog synthesizers, hypnotic guitar lines, and shattering verses from the four singers. Every show ends in relentless dance and trance from all parties involved.
Their lyrics, mixing Arabic and English, call for celebration and freedom in the struggle for equality, inside Bilad Al Sham and throughout the world.

The lyrics of 47 Soul's song Mo Light express a sense of hope and resilience in the face of hardship. The repeated refrain “We’re good we’re good we alright, they’ve seen us alive” suggests that despite whatever challenges the group may have faced, they have persevered and are doing well. However, the line “we just need more light” indicates that they are still searching for something to illuminate their path and guide them forward.
The verses touch on issues of social justice and inequality. The line “I don’t mind that you’re blind to fact that you’re killing me, but if you lie when you’re seeing it, more lights in the sky reflect in our eyes” suggests that the singer is aware of the ways in which they are being oppressed, but they are troubled by those who choose to ignore or deny the reality of the situation. The mention of the “Semite people” rising and more people “realizing this” creates a sense of solidarity and collective action towards change.
The final verse switches to Arabic and is somewhat opaque in meaning, but seems to reinforce the theme of persevering in the face of adversity. The line “and we are from us far away” suggests distance or isolation, but the phrase “we remained on the appointment in the land of truth” suggests that the group is still committed to their principles and will continue to fight for them.

These events are really happening in Nazareth, and they have become classist, putting limits on solutions while profiting off the struggle. We ask why we are experiencing an Exodus? Semite people are rising, and more people are becoming aware of this.
I don't mind that you blind to fact that you killing me,
But if you lie when you're seeing it,
More lights in the sky reflect in our eyes
When we move more mellow like Jello we shivering,
There is no home for this foolish smile in this conscious zoo,

We're good we're good we alright, they've seen us alive

We just need more light...
I do not mind if you refuse to see the truth that is killing us, but if you lie when you see it, more lights in the sky will reflect our struggle. Our mellow movements may cause us to shiver, but we cannot hide our plight in a conscious world. We have nothing to lose, but we desire a home to call our own. We are good, but we need more light to see our way through.
We are separated, the world is three-dimensional, and we shy away from talking about hidden things. The world repeats itself like a tape, with the coincidence that cannot be unraveled. However, we are still standing, waiting for the meeting time, in the land of truth.
