Fortunately non were overly toxic but there were some truly stupid people there. I grew up in the Australian bush and I've had a taipan slither over my bare feet and I've been face to face with an eastern brown snake two snakes in the top three most venomous snakes. Remaining calm and not being silly meant I was perfectly fine.

@First Responders QueenslandI've found if you stand really still that every snake I've ever encountered just wants to get away. The eastern brown snake I came face to face with was out in a national park. I had to crawl to get under a tree that had fallen over the track and I should have taken more time to look but I was trying to catch up with a friend who was well a head of me. When I went to stand up it was there. It started to go into a defensive posture and I had no where to go so I just stood really still. It gave me a bit of look over before turning and slithering off the path. The only snake I've ever experienced that wanted to bite me was a carpet python and that's because I was picking it up to try and get it off the road. It was at least 8 foot long and stretched out across a mountain road. I was afraid it was going to get killed by a car. I love carpet snakes. Even when they used to go after our chickens we'd just relocate them to up in the bush somewhere

I had so many encounters with various snakes at the Lake of the Ozarks: copperheads, water moccasins, black snakes, bleh! Not as scary as an anaconda, but enough to cement my fear of snakes forever lol.

For the first clip, that's not two men, that's a man and a woman (his wife, probably). And she's clearly the smarter one of the two, because she's telling him to not do whatever he's about to do and he's completely ignoring her. That Anaconda had clearly just eaten a meal and just wanted to digest it in peace. They were playing a VERY dangerous game grabbing the snake like that. If a constrictor is in the middle of digesting a meal and it's put into a situation of stress like that, it will IMMEDIATELY regurgitate that meal so that it can focus all of its energy on its attacker.

Same thing happened to me on a fishing trip- chilling in the boat- resting on the side of the boat (not on the benches) taking a little snooze- and woke up to something flicking my hair- my uncle looked at me and almost screamed- cottonmouth coming up over the side of the boat- tongue flicking my hair right beside my face- - I almost had a stroke-- luckily my uncle and brother got the boat oar and got him away from me! 😭😆

The guy fishing had a non-venomous water snake enter his boat. You can tell the difference between them and moccasins by how they swim. Moccasins stay mostly submerged except for their heads. Water snakes entire bodies stay on top of the water. The little girl also found a non venomous snake.

I saw a show one time that showed a reticulated python that was 27 ft... they are the longest snakes. Green anacondas like that one they're the girthy ones.. fat like a telephone pole..I wouldn't touch one in the wild.. but I did pet one at a party.. the local herpetological League brought an 8-foot Anaconda to a party I was catering at..pretty cool..

The first video they are harassing the snake that visibly has a large meal in its body. Which means the snake would pay them no mind. The snake in the sewer was totally set up. They put that snake in the sewer so they could pull it out. They have a video of them handling this snake before this video was shot. A snakes pattern is very unique and can be used to identify them.

I've seen wild snakes in public 4 times once at the boys toilet stall at school. One on a path walk while i was walking my 2 dogs at the time, one at work a couple feet from me over a fence, last time i was litter picking i was right next to it, a really big one two big as the brown pythons you see in a zoo, i left me alone i accidently scared it off. Really in opinion snakes are misunderstood creatures trying cope with our worlds society. These beautiful beings usually end travelling not intend harm i think its more important that we look at it as they are just trying to explore the same world as we are living. What this video proves is that some humans are idiots! I've encountered various species while herping in the US, along with here in the UK, and they're quite happy to go about their business without interacting with us if we don't bother them! I've my own at home too, and although occasionally I do get quite a tight hug off some of them, it is not maliciously, or even defensively, just because to them I am an interactive tree branch, and they feel like they're losing their grip. They soon release once I support their body elsewhere, so they know that they aren't going to fall.

That Green Anaconda in the first clip appeared to have consumed a fairly large meal very recently. And of course those asshats compelled to taunt and hassle it, for no valid reason. The snake just wanted to lie still in the riverbank brush and vegetation and digest its latest meal. Leave the wildlife alone, and try to coexist. It's really not that difficult.

most of these people are flipping morons!!! With most snakes they won't bother you if you leave them alone. I live in a snake prone area (brown snakes, red belly black snakes, tiger snakes - South Australia) with some of the most deadly snakes in the world (one even under my friend's daughter's bed last summer - which a qualified - & I emphasise qualified - snake catcer came & relocated).

Just leave them alone, don't go near them, & especially don't corner them or grab at them. I'm still shaking my head at the idiocy of some of the people in these videos (the last handled the situation well, & good opportunity to teach their daughter about snakes).

That fifth clip, with the man out "looking" for snakes. He was so unprepared, he deserved to get bit. Wrong footwear (Crocs), no snake stick and not looking in front of him. That Copperhead was right on the path. He only got bit because he stepped on it. Copperheads are the absolute laziest of all venomous snakes!

he was the 1st person bit by a copperhead in that county. he has his own yt channel. can watch the rangers response, etc. Some parka don't allow snake hooks, etc

The last snake looked like a coachwhip. The only reason that one guy got bit was because he wasn’t paying attention. Leave pestering snakes to the professionals
