Feels So Good
7th Cycle Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

When this is all over, you're gonna be sorry you ever met me.
I don't know why you think you can but you can't push me.
Right now you don't know me but I promise you're going to.
Are you sure this is something you're really wanting to do?

Are you ready to step up?
Are you ready to make your move?
You'll find I love the adrenaline rush.
Because it feels so good.

I feel bad, you thought I'd waste my breath and do nothing but talk.
Well, sorry about your luck because I'm gonna make you walk that walk.
You should have been smart enough not to write that check.
Well, go ahead and take a deep breath and fill your lungs; it might be your last.

Are you ready to step up?
Are you ready to make your move?
You'll find I love the adrenaline rush.
Because it feels so good.

You should have been ready to step up.
Because I've already made my move.

Oh God, I love the adrenaline rush.
It makes me feel so good.

Sleep 4 hours a day, but as soon as you wake up work out (simple push-ups, up/downs, jumping jacks will work) get the body active.
And sleep one hour during the day.
You'd be at peak performance believe me.

Strongly disagree, this routine can only last for a day or so because soon you gonna feel drowsy and tired and will have to face inability to focus

You are really silly. Sleep requirement is determined by each person's genes. 98% of people need between 7 and 9 hrs a day. A small percentage have mutations making them sleeping between 3 and 5 hrs.

4 hours of sleep is not bad nor good, it depends how you do'it. I go to bed at 12:30 and fall sleep by 1:00 am and wake up by 5:00 am some exceptions at 4:00 am. If you make it a habit, you have good diet and you love what your doing is a piece of cake... With 4 hours of sleep my day is extremely productive and i always say a Man of success don't need much sleep.

I can tell you that, that is not true.

Yes there are successful men that sleep around 3 to 4 hours a day. For example Nikola Tesla and Donald Trump sleep around that much.

Yet there are successful men like Bezos who recommends sleeping 8 hours a day to have a refreshed body and mind to get the maximum potential out of the less hours awake they have.

Jack Ma, Bill Gates, Tim Cook all have professed that 7 to 8 hours for them is the optimal sleep schedule. Elon Musk sleeps about 6 to 6.5 hours a day
