Мальчик
9.5 Lyrics

The messages throughout this animation give a lot of insight, official paper pamphlets on the walls call Hank a "Tourist" as if he's somebody that visits here often, in unofficial Graffiti we are told to "Fear Retention" as if being held in place here is a bad thing, which would make sense if that means a permanent death.

There are also messages telling people not to lose hope, that they have not been abandoned.

I'm beginning to think that nobody in the Madness universe can "Die" in the traditional sense anymore.

This would explain why everybody seems to keep coming back, this realm, whatever it is, cannot hold people anymore.

In Expurgation we see what appears to be Tricky breaking through some sort of barrier, but the barrier has many other holes in it as if others had done so before.

I think the Improbability Drive was what caused this, Tricky had a miniature version of it which would've potentially given him the ability to constantly come back from this realm and also why he could bring others back and manipulate space.

Christoff, Jebus, whatever you wanna call him, had the "Keystone" which is why he kept being able to come back.

Given that cloning has been shown to be a common occurrence throughout this series and that there are literally machines that can take a corpse and reconstruct it I'm guessing that when a grunt dies they can be resurrected somehow via cloning.

Hanks group does appear to have a method of bringing people back but it appears to be far more difficult than the Drives or Keystone.

It seems like staying too long in this realm causes some sort of "Rot" to begin appearing on your body, possibly leading a true death, the Grunts are likely literally just waiting to go back, unaware of the destruction of the things that allowed them to return.

The Rot may also be caused by the souls that keep returning, it's as if going back and forth between this realm is causing the souls of the dead to be changed, given that both Hank and Tricky seem to be able to "Take over" a body in this realm, Hank seems to struggle a lot more with it, while Tricky by Expurgation seems to have gained complete control over Hell itself.

I think Hank's group represents something of a resistance group literally fighting an army of clone soldiers that constantly come back from the dead, with the final objective being to destroy or disable all the things allowing the resurrections to happen.

The entire reason the split between the Auditor and Tricky happens is that the Auditor seems to want a definitive end with himself in charge, whereas Tricky seems to want nothing more than constant madness.

This would also explain why Christoff and the Auditor may have teamed up, both of them wanted some form of order and it was only when Christoff was killed by Tricky that he realized this was causing nothing but more Madness and decided to simply kill both sides.

The only thing that I feel is still uncertain is exactly what the auditor is, what he wants, and why.

He Appears to have some level of control over the Dead Realm even without the keystone meaning he's probably some sort of natural influence there, it almost seems like he's some sort of purgatorial judge that's gone rogue.

Given the being we see attack Hank in this animation lends more credence to that idea, both it and the Auditor move in similar ways and both seem to serve a similar function, the Auditor was retaining souls in Nevada, and this new entity seems responsible for "Retaining" souls in hell.

I think the Auditor wants complete control over both realms for some reason or another and that the improbability drives and Keystone were all meant to give him that control, but now he's left with a fractured Keystone and both Hell and Earth are colliding.

What we've actually learned:

- When people die, they go to Hell (except that Hotdog Vendor, that man is secretly Jesus all along) and they can't die permanently over there until they find a means of an escape.
- The bottom edge of the A.T.P.'s mask is actually metallic and incisive so this can possibly indicate that Engineers' masks are actually useful as it could provide some sort of a HUD rather just facial protection.
- A.T.P. Soldats are actually dangerous when they are properly enhanced by Engineers (as this was found in 7.5)
- Tricky and Hank died for God knows how many times, but these... High Powers, we're not sure what they actually are, but it is clear that Auditor is one of them as he is the epitome of the Underworld, Hell.
- Purgatory isn't Hell, but it's an area between Heaven and Hell, as Deimos may have been half-good and half-bad, as it's possible that Sanford would go there as well. Hank went to Hell because he was the one who started the entire series with violence. Sanford and Deimos were neutral, not fully hostile.
- The whole animation may have been watched by 2BDammed as he may be the one who was guiding Hank to escape Hell or try and survive as 2BDammed tried to command Sanford and Deimos to revive Hank as he fights and survives on his own.
- While we wait for Pt. 2, we can expect actual lore of how that... weird.. grotesque and monstrous arm originated from (which is used by Mag Hank and can be seen appearing in the 4th episode of Dedmos's Adventure.
- Tricky is familiar with Hell because he (or she.. God I don't know, the fandom is weird) died multiple of times, Hank didn't... technically fully died because of the magic of the bandages. Again, we're not sure if either Hank actually been to Hell or is familiar with it or the High Powers prevented him from going to Hell. We would have to wait.
- The Auditor, knew that the Hacker (2BDammed) was interfering with the process of Fragmentation all the time, which explains why denying the dissolution happened... again.

That's all I can speculate and find.

Deimos’ personal hell: Wave after endless wave of enemy combatant, gradually beating you down, revisiting old traumas again and again and again, watching helplessly as your loved ones die in front of you, the literal landscape throwing itself at you in an attempt to tear you apart

Hank’s personal hell: fuckign C L O W N

Salty Candy Stuff

@MEMES The DNA of the soul. okay, you're just baiting. not even gonna bother with you.

MEMES The DNA of the soul.

@Salty Candy Stuff hank obviously wasn’t gonna grab it bro, and hank never changed to music. He probably just wanted to turn it down

Salty Candy Stuff

@MEMES The DNA of the soul. Bro, his intention was clearly the boombox, he literally changed the music at the end of the episode.

Your point makes no sense. What is your evidence that Hank wasn't trying to mess with the boombox? What other reason does he have to approach a person with his arms outstretched? No one fucking does that, that's not how you greet people, it's not like "hey" or "yo", its like "I want that, give me that."

MEMES The DNA of the soul.

@Salty Candy Stuff as I said he wasn’t gonna snatch it or just turn it off, you know how sometimes you raise your hand when your gonna speak to someone like “hey” or “yo”

Salty Candy Stuff

@MEMES The DNA of the soul. Bro, imagine you're playing a boombox at a park and a person comes out of nowhere with their arms outstretched, reaching for your boombox. I would shove them back too. And the guy didn't attack him, at most he punched him away and wasn't planning to do more than that, it was purely a reaction to his unwarranted intrusion on his personal space.

In one point in MC 6: Antipathy, when Hank was revived by Tricky he was punching the air even when no one was in front of him. He was probably in a middle of an afterlife fight when he was down.

Rabbiter 2

Well I'm in the future now so he was indeed fighting in the after life

Klutkom

i think that might be cause how mad he was at tricky, but yeah maybe
