But I don't know what for
Seems to me that you couldn't care less
So I'm not going to do it anymore
I see no reason why I've placed
Such a value on you
My thoughts have changed now
Lookin' back in my short life, the few pleasures that I've found
All your misconceptions pummel me into the ground
Now I look at your small life and it doesn't mean a bit
I pick myself up off the ground 'cause I don't give a shit
They say all good things come to an end
I wish this didn't apply
You were once someone, called my friend
That's all now changed and I don't know why
Things are very different now
You've got nothing to say
Sad when someone you know very well
Decides to fuckin' die and go away
Lookin' back in my short life, the few pleasures that I've found
All your misconceptions pummel me into the ground
Now I look at your small life and it doesn't mean a bit
I pick myself up off the ground 'cause I don't give a shit, don't give a shit
I look at your small life, it doesn't mean a bit
I pick myself up off the ground 'cause I don't give a shit, don't give a shit
Oh shit, oh shit, oh shit

The lyrics of AFI's song Rizzo In The Box are poignant and deal with the disillusionment and loss of a friendship. The singer, who has always been around the person they care for, realizes that the person doesn't reciprocate the same feelings. Although they have placed a high value on this person, they have come to terms with the fact that they don't care as much as they do. They decide to stop wasting their time and energy on something that is not worth it, and it has been a revelation to them.
The singer reflects on their past and the few things they found pleasure in life. However, their friend's misconceptions have caused them to feel defeated and thrown them into the ground. The singer looks at their friend's life and realizes that it doesn't hold any meaning to them anymore. They pick themselves up from the ground and declare that they don't care anymore. The singer understands that all good things come to an end, and their friend has decided to die and go away.
Overall, the lyrics of the song reflect the pain of loss, disillusionment, and coming to terms with the fact that some friendships are not worth holding onto. The singer recognizes that some people don't deserve their loyalty and care, and they have the power to move on and let go.
