Some children have to teach themselves basic skills because their parents don't help them.

And then he grew the f**k up and started snortin' drugs
Without proper guidance, children may turn to drugs as adults.

All because of mom and daddy's hugs
Lack of affection from parents can lead to drug abuse.

Or lack thereof
Or lack of affection from anyone.

And now the world's so hard for him to understand
Drug addiction can make it difficult to comprehend the world.

Because his pop's never taught him how to be a f**kin' man
Without a father figure, it can be hard for boys to learn how to be men.

I wanna show you, but I know you can already see
I want to make you aware of these issues, but I know you already know.

The world we live in and the people that we are programmed to be
Our society and upbringing shape who we become as people.

So the next time you wanna judge me based off my clothes
Don't judge me based on my appearances.

Keep in mind your sons and daughters are at my shows

The presidents have betrayed and taken advantage of families for their own gain.
