Gates was a software engineer who made a program, which he apparently plagerized.
So the idea is that these guys are Ubermenchen because they manipulated money and for Gates he was in the right field at the right time, working on the right product.
The answer is expansion of Democracy and personal liberty.
Not dictatorship of the wealthy.

@Michael Hill buffet was asked to defend capitalism in his first statement. While defending capitalism as the greatest system ever made, he said twice that rules and regulations were needed, he in fact finished his point by saying that. Followed by Bill Gates literally explaining how they believe in progressive tax system (a product of a socialist system) and he also explained the difference between classic socialism, and the way people use the term now. It seems to me everyone thinks that capitalism and socialism are two opposites that can’t co-exist, clearly these people believe it can. Everyone hears them defend capitalism and turns off their minds. They clearly prefer a capitalist system with socialist qualities, but that’s not the same as if they were standing advocating for a full capitalist society. Not even close.
