As someone who has Akwesasne Mohawk heritage, Disney supposedly got together with historians and Mohawk language experts to get Kahhori correct. That's her at 0:31. One, she would not know any English. She's from the Haudenosaunee (Iroquois) Confederacy as pre-contact. Pre-contact would be prior to 1609 when the Mohawk encountered the French aligned with the Wyondot at Ticonderoga, NY and Samuel D. Champlain and the French fired on the Mohawk. So she would not know the English, French or Dutch language as those were the three European countries who were in the northern part of the country at that time, the Spanish never came north of the Carolinas. Here's hoping Disney gets it right.
