His initial album "That Much Closer To The Sun", released in 2004 on Liquid Sound Design, was an album that appealed to both fans of psychedelic and balearic chillout.
His following release, four years later, on Modus Records "We Share The Same Dreams" introduced more of an electro feel and was followed by a free digital mix "The Jaguar Sessions".

A Whole New Way of Looking At the Day
Abakus Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
How's your joint, George?
George Hanson:
L believe it went out.
L got to talking so much,
L clean forgot about...
Lt went out.
Captain America:
Save it and we'll do it
Tomorrow morning.
Lt gives you a new way
Of looking at the day.
George Hanson:
L sure could use a little of that.
In Abakus's song A Whole New Way of Looking At the Day, the lyrics, "It gives you a new way of looking at the day" suggest that the song is about changing one's perspective or outlook on life. The reference to Captain America and George Hanson implies a sense of nostalgia or longing for a simpler time, when superheroes and hippies roamed the earth. The conversation between the two characters also suggests a bond or shared experience, and offers a hint of escapism or fantasy.
The line, "How's your joint, George?" refers to a marijuana joint, and George's reply, "I believe it went out" suggests that he's either finished smoking it or that it's no longer burning. The slight pause before George finishes his thought ("L got to talking so much") highlights the idea that he's lost track of time or become distracted. Captain America's response, "Save it and we'll do it tomorrow morning," suggests that the two may have plans to smoke more marijuana in the future, but it also reflects a carefree attitude toward life and the passing of time.
Overall, Abakus's song A Whole New Way of Looking At the Day seems to be about embracing new perspectives and experiences, and approaching life with a curious, open mind. The references to marijuana and nostalgia add a layer of complexity and depth to the lyrics, while the gentle, dreamy melody of the song reinforces the idea that it's all about taking things slowly and appreciating the moment.

This takes me back to a time when I was in a corporate job, driving a big car, and I hated all of it. Every day on my way to work - I played this song. None of what we are told matters, actually matters. Thanks for the upload.
