I have seen relationships and situations fall apart, but I believe that we can overcome this

I believe that we need to band together to overcome our problems, once and for all

I sense the lingering presence of negative emotions as I face each new day

I typically try to avoid or suppress these feelings, but I am learning to confront them head-on

I asked them friendly just to leave and please stop counting, please
I try to address these negative thoughts with compassion and reason, urging them to leave me alone

they said it's been my own decision to focus spinning wheels
The source of these negative feelings may stem from my inability to move forward or take action in my life

I reject physically and emotionally harmful behaviors and recognize their negative impact

I am making a conscious effort to resolve internal conflicts that others may not even be aware of
