Abs Lyrics

(RAP)
Yo, sonic kaboom, I bring it to ya like a monsoon.
MC upon scene, bring it to ya whole team.
Kaboom! Guess who stepped in the room?
The pop bandit with another kris choon.
Make ya, make ya, make ya, wanna dance to this,
Make ya, make ya, wanna bust and shake ya pants to this.
It don't stop...
What else can I say but phwoy?
That's why they call me playboy...

-BRIDGE
Damn...
All you do is hypnotize.
I know I do... can't ya see that I have to?
Damn...
All you do is get it right...
But I have to do,
Gotta do what I can to make you...

-CHORUS REPEAT 2
Come with a little bit, come with a little bit more, more, more, more...
Come with a little bit, come with a little bit more.

(RAP)
Sonic kaboom, so tell me just what ya gonna do?
Tell your DJ that this your daily tune.
I'm like a mineral cure for your body and soul now,
Lay down, let me take control now.
It's just a way, got you high...
Got all night, no asking why.
I got ya, ya best to believe it.
Stone cold cos that's how I leave it...

BRIDGE

CHORUS

So how do you...
Do what ya do?
The way that ya do.
You feeling me, like I'm feeling you?
How do I...
Know what ya like?
Ya always bring it right,
You dance for me, get down tonight.

BRIDGE

CHORUS REPEATS

Overall Meaning

In "Come With A Little Bit More," Abs brings his signature pop-rap style to the forefront as he boasts about his skill as an entertainer. The song opens with a bang as he introduces himself with the confident lines, "Yo, sonic kaboom, I bring it to ya like a monsoon. MC upon scene, bring it to ya whole team." He then goes on to describe himself as a "pop bandit" with another "kris" (meaning crisp or clean) tune, emphasizing his ability to make the listener want to dance and move to the beat. The chorus repeats the phrase "Come with a little bit more," suggesting that Abs wants his audience to give him more energy and enthusiasm in return for his own showmanship.

The bridge of the song acknowledges the power that Abs has over his fans, as he sings "All you do is hypnotize... I know I do... can't ya see that I have to?" He seems to be admitting that he is aware of the effect he has on his listeners and that he has to keep giving them more in order to keep them interested. The next verse continues with Abs conjuring up images of himself as a "mineral cure" for the audience's "body and soul," claiming that he can take control and keep them feeling "high" all night long. The chorus repeats again, encouraging the listener to come to Abs with more enthusiasm and energy, just as he is bringing his all to the performance.

Overall, "Come With A Little Bit More" is a high-energy, confident track that showcases Abs' talents as both a rapper and a pop star. The lyrics emphasize his ability to get his fans moving and to keep them entertained for hours on end, making him a force to be reckoned with in the world of British pop music.

The truth really is genetics, and calorie deficit. You can eat like shit honestly and still burn fat. Not everyone has the genetics for defined abs, but I would suggest working on your stability (yoga) and then calisthenics. This will stretch and tone you body, allowing for more core strength and targeted exercise that won’t damage too much, and will ultimately benefit you. Everydya you need to do heavy lifting, especially deadliftng, and calisthenics, which take some Time but it gets fun after your first week. calorie counting for deficit is the way to burn fat, it’s the only way. so here’s your process.

1. Start counting your calories, you need to burn more than you eat. the harder you workout the less you’ll want to eat, active body keeps the mind distracted

2. Stability exercise and stretching for tone, I suggest yoga. Yoga is not as hard as people think, and it’s very energizing and healthy. After about 4 weeks you’ll see immense improvement in your stability and posture and health overall, it also helps you with your form so you don’t hurt yourself when lifting or waste it by fucking up your form. Just look up a 30 minute beginner yoga video, then when you feel comfortable after a week or two go for intermediate. do it everyday, you’ll feel amazing.

3. Full body lifting and calisthenics. deadlifting with proper form is good Bc it engages and tightens your entire body. lifting allows your body to keep burning fat even after you stop, as opposed to cardio. calisthenics are like cardio Bc they use body weight, and as a result you’ll see more toning of the muscle, instead of so much muscle gain, which some people don’t desire. calisthenics is mostly based on core and targeted muscle groups, so it engages the entire body and helps you with your stability.

Start with pushups, and assisted dips. Work on your form and everyday strive for less resisted dips and more push-ups with better form. then move to pull-ups, and then different forms of push-ups. From there the world is yours. I suggest incline sit-ups, but when you do your sit-ups, suspend yourslef and go down slow, so your really stretching and tearing the muscle. It keeps everything healthy. Figure some goals for yourslef, for instance recently I’ve been working on the dragon flag. Everyday I attempt to do at least one, and it gets easier everyday. you need to be exercising everyday. Reps are not as important as form, and breathing. Focus on slow movement, slower controlled breathing, and strict form, this is how you’ll better yourself and see faster, better results for your abdominal muscles, as well as your oblekes

Thanks Joe, you just comfirmed my estimad fat loss. I though it would take little longer, but by your calculations it will take 2 months less, which is great.

Those who trying to lose weight, the best advice I have is to find diet that you can stick to, that gets you into deficit and that you WON'T cheat it.

I find that diet doesn't have to be "optimal", just something you love to eat.

I went with Keto, just because I couldn't stop bingin on sweets and it's working amazing IMO!

Already lost 10lbs, now loosing 2lbs per week, about 40lbs to go.

Also, I would actually prefer to lose weight faster even with risk of losing muscle, because it's just better for mental health. Muscle you can grow back fast, when you have built it already. Based on my experience.

👌👌👌 What scale do you use to measure your body fat? I got one off Amazon and it's way off

ttvnoodleboi6942

@Di Su google a body fat calculator

I always hear you must be in a calorie deficit to get visible abs. But can you not do that at maintenance calories??

BlueWave42

PSA to people that seeing your abs does NOT always mean you’ll look better — I went down to low levels of body fat and looked like an emaciated twig. Very important to have a good bit of mass under there first, as Joe does (to say the least).

True Life?

Agreed but I'd say it really depends on the person. I was skinny fat and cut to around 10 percent body fat, looked like a twig, but was able to do a proper multi month lean/slow bulk that felt amazing and allowed me to gain and still have semi visible abs by the end of it.

EJ

Yeah, if you don't have enough test to hold muscle fibers

Tyler Riggs

@True Life? it’s easier to build the muscle first than do it your way.

True Life?

@Tyler Riggs it's entirely dependent on the individual. Some people have an incredibly difficult time losing large quantities of fat and to expect a skinny fat person to pack on more fat can be a terrible idea.

Business Wolf

yea, same. I'm already lean and can't see any abs unless I flex because I've simply never built core strength growing up
