God created humans and gave them life.

The best part of it is the heart of it
The most important thing about God is his love for humanity and his desire to preserve it.

It's the good news we know
The good news is that God has created, saved and continues to bless his creations.

Every time the sun shows His face
God's presence and love is evident in the natural world, represented here by the sun.

Every time I've needed His grace
God is always there giving grace, support and love to those who need it.

Every little bird in the air
God watches over all living creatures in the world.

Never will escape from His care
God's care and love is infinite and universal.

He arose again He defeated sin
A reference to Jesus Christ's resurrection, which defeated sin and conquered death.

And He shed His blood for me
Jesus Christ's death was an act of love and sacrifice for all of humanity.

Now we hear such strange philosophies
There are often competing and conflicting ideas about the existence of God and his role in the world.

From those who teach - we expect them to know
There is a certain expectation that knowledgeable people (such as teachers) have an understanding of God and his role in the world.

But they push God out of the picture
Some people are attempting to ignore or deny God's existence and role in the world.

When His presence is quite obvious
Despite these attempts to deny God's existence, His presence can be evident in the world and its workings.

Only fools deny Him so
Those who deny God's existence are foolish and shortsighted.

And in all of us there's a call in us
All people have a desire within them to understand and seek out the truth about God and the world.

For the truth to be shown
A call for the truth about God and the world to be revealed and acknowledged.

Yes the heart of it - every part of it
God's love and presence is at the heart of all things in the universe.

Is from God's highest throne
God is the ultimate authority and creator of all things in the universe.

Was it an act of God - causing you to turn Him away?
A rhetorical question challenging those who have turned away from God and his message.

Is it an act of God - that you're refusing to pray?
Another rhetorical question challenging those who have refused to engage with God and prayer.

Opening the blind eyes to see
God opens the eyes of the spiritually blind to see the truth of his existence and presence.

It is an act of God - what He is doing for me
A recognition of the many ways in which God has acted on behalf of the singer, and all of humanity.

I know
A declaration of belief and faith in God.

And he's coming back for me
A reference to the second coming of Jesus Christ.
