Arslani hosts a talk/variety show The Untitled Action Bronson Show, as well as his travel program Fuck, That's Delicious, on Viceland. His frequent collaborators Meyhem Lauren, The Alchemist, and formerly Big Body Bes are regulars on both of his television series. Mario Batali, Andrew Zimmern, Daniel Boulud, Rick Bayless, Grant Achatz, and others have been guests on his television series. In September 2017, Arslani published his first book, based on his travel show, a cookbook, also entitled Fuck, That's Delicious.
Arslani has also released several mixtapes, such as Rare Chandeliers (2012), with American hip-hop producer The Alchemist and Blue Chips 2 (2013) with longtime producer Party Supplies, before releasing his major label debut, an extended play (EP) titled Saaab Stories, with frequent collaborator Harry Fraud, in 2013. He released his major label debut album, Mr. Wonderful, on March 23, 2015.
Influences
Action Bronson cites as major influences fellow American rappers Kool G Rap, Nas, Cam'ron, Mobb Deep, UGK and the Wu-Tang Clan. Other artists include Michael Jackson, Carlos Santana, Queen as well as Albanian wedding singers.
Rapping style
Bronson frequently raps about food in his songs. He is also well known for his frequent, and often obscure, allusions to athletes and sports teams. Bronson's lyrics often make reference to sports in New York City but also touch on more obscure subjects such as professional wrestlers, bodybuilders, figure skating and sports betting.
Early in his career, Bronson gained recognition for lyrically and stylistically resembling fellow New York rapper Ghostface Killah of Wu-Tang Clan (with whom he collaborated, along with friend and fellow rapper Termanology, on a song called "Meteor Hammer", from the 2011 compilation album Legendary Weapons). Ghostface Killah himself has admitted to confusing Bronson's rapping for his own. In a 2011 interview with HipHopDX, Bronson was asked about how it was to be compared to the Wu-Tang rapper, and he responded with,
Yeah, I mean at the end of the day, it's all good because Ghostface Killah is one of the best rappers alive, so if I sound similar to the best rapper alive then that is fine. To me there is no comparison; he is a legend and I am a newcomer. If I would try and emulate with anyone it would be Kool G Rap, he is the person I look up to the most. I am not upset but at the end of the day I am my own person and no one can take that away from me.
Personal life
Bronson has two children with a former girlfriend. Bronson's current girlfriend gave birth to a son in November 2019.
During the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States, Bronson documented his weight loss journey using a combination of diet change and high-intensity interval training. To date he has lost 127 pounds (58 kg).

(When you said goodbye to me)
You say goodbye to me bitch, you better break North
Before you six South and I'll be sitting in that big house
Just let me sharpen my knives, thrown on the apron
X's mark the steak and the salad crumbled with bacon
And bleu cheese, caramel complexion's on two knees
I'm Rick the Model, Martel to cartel
Live fast and eat the big tuna like Billy Parcells
No more child's play kid you with the big boys
Fuck an economy size, we want that big Royce
My family's sayin' that I rhyme with fury
Only focus on them hundred bill faces and suitcases
That'll bribe a jury, grind the curry never shine the jewelry
Pussy like an eighty-six style, you know it's fine and furry
Spark the bark in the park, you know, lumberyard
You ain't never in the limelight, undercard
Bronsonelli in the sky, thunder rod
Commandante of this rap shit, your facade, killer
(Know you broke my heart woman)
(When you said goodbye to me)
You say goodbye to me bitch, you better break North
Before you six South and I'll be sitting in that big house
The second stanza even deadly than the first
From the birth, I've been enlisted to plant seeds in the earth
That's soon road to a valley that feeds, civilization
I'm walking the torrid land though I'm seeking my vindication from
My bad, I'll keep it fifth grade, keep the switchblade
Hilfiger sailin' apparel and plus a crisp fade
First day class, the Agassis are black and white
My older cousin puffing clot bitch, pass the pipe
Now I'm a certified user, more like abuser
Slice and dice the music I'm fluid like the Yakuza
I'm Sanders whether Deion or Barry, find candy
Though I smoke until my eyes are the shape of Tia Carrere
My team we work as a unit, nobody hide the ball up
Great intuition and vision, no time to hit the mall up
Just a taste of the life like a September call up
Johnnie Walker in our tour cup, getting torn up
Listen, I'm steel fisted with the iron lung
Heavy metal balance out the guitar with lion's run
Praise the son that can stand on his own two
Smoke on the big blunt, take a sip of this home-brew
(Know you broke my heart woman)
(When you said goodbye to me)
You say goodbye to me bitch, you better break North
Before you six South and I'll be sitting in that big house
The song “Brunch” by Action Bronson is an ode to the finer things in life, centered around food and luxury. The lyrics have multiple interpretations, but at the surface level, it’s about moving on from a breakup and enjoying the simple pleasures in life. Bronson boasts of his culinary skills, with vivid descriptions of preparing a meal in his signature style. He sets the mood by sharpening his knives and putting on an apron, which also symbolizes him getting ready for work, in this case, his art – rapping.
The lyrics are complex, filled with metaphors and references to food, sports, fashion, and lifestyle. For instance, in the first verse, Bronson compares himself to Rick the Model, who was a popular pro-wrestler in the ‘90s. He also mentions carving up the Alps on two skis, which is a nod to his Albanian heritage and love for skiing. In the second verse, Bronson talks about his love for tennis and Agassi's stylish black and white clothes. He also refers to smoking, drinking, and enjoying the company of his friends, all while making music that stands on its own.
