I wake up every day wondering what's happening
I am constantly aware of the struggles and pain in the world.

It's in the news all the time so saddening
The constant negativity in the news is heart-wrenching.

Don't wanna see another kid on the street trying hard to defeat
I don't want to witness another young person facing challenges alone.

The world on its own again
The world can be a tough and lonely place.

I understand the struggle, the trouble, the hustle but it's time to help one another
I empathize with those who are struggling, but we need to come together to create change.

No matter the career, the culture, the colour were all here for each other
Regardless of our differences, we are all humans and should support each other.

Now it's time that we recover
It's time to start healing and moving forward.

I can see a better place, I can see a better time, I can feel it in my heart, I can see it in my mind
I have hope for a brighter future and can envision it in my mind's eye and heart.

Then the tears are gone and the peace is here
Once we have made progress, there will be less pain and more peace.

Your all pieces to the puzzle when the time is near
We all play a part in creating a better world when the opportunity arises.

Now there's a new crisis
There are always new challenges and issues to face.

When people live lifeless
When people feel disconnected or unfulfilled in life.

Don't stand in silence
We cannot stay passive in the face of adversity.

Or even turn to violence
We cannot resort to violent solutions.

Let's fight this, initiate with the heart and mind that's led by guidance
We need to take action with compassion and guidance.

Tryna change the world put your pride aside and be out for what's right like I did
We need to set aside our egos and focus on what is right to make a positive impact.

I'm trynna keep my homies on the right track
I am trying to be a positive influence on my friends.

So people ain't scared of every Asian with a backpack
I want to help reduce the prejudice and fears that people hold against certain groups of people.

So much to say, I can't fit it on rap
There is so much to be said about the world and its issues that it cannot be contained in a single song or message.

I need more time like I'm tryna send a snap chat
I wish I had more time to share all of my thoughts and ideas about how we can make the world a better place.

It's all about respect, tolerance, a peace in this world
Creating a better world involves respecting and tolerating others to achieve peace.

We have to make choices based on what is morally correct to create a better world.
