Takes me back to my first heartbreak! I listened to this song back then. That was around the time of my lowest lows. I was a teen in a home with two depressed, mentally ill parents, one of whom was addicted to drugs... I still like this melancholic little song, though it makes me remember the emotional grey waste I lived in back then. That's theatric wording I know -- really, it was a sad time. That was a sad home to live in, especially for a very young person.

I did end up breaking up with my boyfriend of 3 years too because I felt that too. I also began to talk to another guy and I ended up dating him and it just was horrible. I am happy that I ended that relationship with that guy because he made me miserable. I also realized I still did love my boyfriend of 3 years and I hope to date him again because we did have a special relationship, I just took it for granted.

I know what true love is, Its God's never ending love for me through time and eternity. I see a glimpse of this love in the light and love in parent's eyes, still married after all the years and troubles, its when my mom misses him the moment he is gone and him needing her before making a final decision. I'm young and was in a two year relationship with my first love. It felt too serious at such a young age and I thought it was getting too tiresome and boring. I wanted to taste the kiss of someone new. So i broke up with him. But that was my biggest mistake I've made yet. Regretted it almost immediately but he said he was too hurt to take me back. He dated my best friend to spite me. And it hurt. Such a raw pain. Then four months later he asked for me back and everything is good again.
