Lasciandoti fottere forte
Per spingerti i presagi
Via dal cuore su in testa, sopprimerli
Non sai
Non sai
Saprò come estirparla via
Torneremo a scorrere
Torneremo a scorrere
Eroe del mio inferno privato
Sei in giro di routine
Indossi il vuoto con classe
È tutto ciò che avrai
Perché quando il dolore è più grande
Poi non senti più
E per sentirmi vivo
Ti ucciderò
Ti ucciderò
Vedrai
Vedrai
Se il mio amore è una patologia
Saprò come estirparla via
Torneremo a scorrere
Torneremo a scorrere
Torneremo a scorrere
Torneremo a scorrere
Lo so
Lo so
Che il mio amore è una patologia
Vorrei che mi uccidesse ora
These lyrics describe the internal battle that many people with love and heartbreak face. The opening lines ask the question of whether it is what one knows that kills them, or what one doesn't know. The reference to lying hands, heart, and kidneys suggests that the pain of heartbreak affects the entire body. The following lines speak of self-deception, allowing oneself to be led by ominous signs and pushing them away until they can no longer be ignored.
The chorus asserts that love is a pathology, and the singer claims that they know how to extract it. The use of medical language suggests that love is a sickness or disease that needs to be eradicated. The next lines reveal a darker side, as the singer refers to themselves as the hero of their private hell and acknowledges that they will kill to feel alive. The final lines repeat the chorus, with the singer wishing that their love would kill them now, rather than prolonging their agony.

Indimenticabile, immensa, catartica e piena d'amore
