Sigo con 6 'N The Mornin'
Knocking at my door
Y si no pillas no puedes
Nunca he cambiado mi sangre
I don't give a fuck, como mi hombre
Traicionando a Guru
Fuera del barrio
Fuera del barrio, del barrio
Fuera del barrio
Fuera del barrio, del barrio
Fuera del barrio
Fuera del barrio, del barrio
Fuera del barrio fuera del barrio
The lyrics to Agorazein's song Fuera del barrio capture the experiences of someone who is trying to leave their neighborhood and explore different parts of the city. The first line "Fuera del barrio, no hay calendario" (translation: "Outside of the neighborhood, there is no calendar") represents the feeling that time stops in the neighborhood, and there is no distinction between days. The lyrics then describe the struggles of someone who is trying to make their way in the city with limited resources, as shown in the line "Rulando por el centro con un plan precario" (translation: "Rolling through the center with a precarious plan").
The chorus of the song emphasizes the desire to leave the neighborhood, with the repetition of the phrase "Fuera del barrio" (translation: "Outside of the neighborhood"). However, the lyrics also acknowledge the importance of the neighborhood and its people, with the line "Mi barrio es mi gente, sé que siempre lo fue" (translation: "My neighborhood is my people, I know it always was"). The song concludes with a reflection on the past and the realization that some things may never change, with the lines "Las horas no me guardan lo que tuve que hacer / En el barrio nunca te han esperado, ¿y qué?" (translation: "The hours do not keep what I had to do / In the neighborhood, they have never waited for you, so what?").
Overall, the song captures the dichotomy of wanting to leave the neighborhood for new experiences while recognizing the importance of the community and its people.
