I love stuff like this. Thanks for sharing it with us, drgangrene!

I utterly adore spooky vintage items like this. Excellent recording quality, too -- very atmospheric, very much in keeping with the general macabre kind of material (perhaps bordering on the many varied novelty genre) which I thrilled over hearing all through my monster movie crazed childhood. Quite a wonderful find, no question about it. Thanks for sharing!

Yeah it's a cool little recording for sure. And he did a really good Lugosi, too.

A nice extra tidbit of horror movie madness thanks Doc!

Thanks for watching!

this is a great piece of memorabilia Dr, but what really impressed me is that you still have what is called a "spider" (the yellow center disk for the 45) thats very cool, great video as always Dr, thanks for sharing

Oh yeah, very old school here. My player is an old console from the 50s. Looks and sounds great still.

Over all, I think Zacherley was right to pass on this. While the impersonation of Lugosi's Dracula fine, the echo effect was a little annoying. Also, considering that these are supposed to be songs there doesn't really seem to be anything resembling a melody. At least none that I could discern, just a sort of vague background of musical sounds. Still, I was glad to have had a chance to hear it, thanks for posting it Dr.G.

I agree, plus Zach was very much into themusic scene and probably was aware how tricky rights issues can get with music.
