In the aforementioned year - 2015 - Walker released his most well-known single "Faded", a remastered vocal version of "Fade", on 8 December; featuring uncredited Naustdal pop singer Iselin Solheim. The album also features most of his popular songs including "Sing Me To Sleep" with Iselin Solheim, "Alone" with uncredited vocals from Noonie Bao, "Darkside" with Au/Ra and Tomine Harket and more. "Different World" was officially released on 14 December 2018, and since then, it gained billions of streams on Spotify alone; with "Faded" being the most streamed with over 1B streams.

II" with Ava Max, "Fake A Smile" with salem ilese, and his older unreleased song "Heading Home" with Ruben. His sophomore might've not met the same success as his debut, but it handled hits nonetheless.

Its first part was released on 17 June 2022, with its first tracks being: his remix of "Adventure Time" with Philter, "Somebody Like U" with Au/Ra, "Blue" with Ina Wroldsen, along with previously released songs "The Drum" featuring uncredited vocals by Kristin Carpenter and "Hello World" with Torine. Along with each of his musical achievements, Alan Walker is also mostly known for his usual public appearance - which is him in a hoodie and face mask - as well as his logo which was his initials intertwined. According to him, it is to keep a low profile, but then also stated that the mask is now more of a sign of unity and being alike each other.
Throughout his decade-long and counting career, he amassed over 40M YouTube subscribers - notably being the second most subscribed EDM artist, and 50 billion audio and video streams.

I'm so done with thinking through all the things I could've been
And I know you want me too
All it takes is that one look at you and I run right back to you
You cross the line and it's time to say F you
What's the point in saying that when you know how I'll react?
You think you can just take it back, but shit just don't work like that
You're the drug that I'm addicted to, and I want you so bad
Guess I'm stuck with you, and that's that
'Cause when it all falls down, then whatever
When it don't work out for the better
If it just ain't right, and it's time to say goodbye
When it all falls down, when it all falls down
I'll be fine
I'll be fine
You're the drug that I'm addicted to
And I want you so bad, but I'll be fine
Why we fight? I don't know
We say what hurts the most
Oh, I tried staying cold, but you take it personal
All these firing shots and making ground
It's way too hard to cope, but I still can't let you go
'Cause when it all falls down, then whatever
When it don't work out for the better
If it just ain't right, and it's time to say goodbye
When it all falls down, when it all falls down
I'll be fine
I'll be fine
You're the drug that I'm addicted to and I want you so bad
But I'll be fine
I'll be fine, fine, fine
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine
I'll be fine, fine, fine
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine
I'll be fine, fine, fine
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine
I'll be fine, fine, fine
Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine
'Cause when it all falls down, then whatever (then whatever, babe)
When it don't work out for the better (for the better)
If it just ain't right, and it's time to say goodbye
When it all falls down (when it all, when it all)
When it all falls down (when it all falls down)
I'll be fine
(Fine, fine, fine) I'll be fine (I'll be fine)
You're the drug that I'm addicted to and I want you so bad
But I'll be fine (I'll be fine), and that's that
In "All Falls Down," Alan Walker sings about a love that he's addicted to, one that makes him run back every time he looks at that person. However, despite being drawn to the person, he knows deep down that he needs to let that relationship go. He tries to distance himself and be "cold," but inevitably, he finds himself drawn back to the person. The chorus of the song repeats the phrase, "when it all falls down, then whatever," indicating a sense of apathy or surrender towards the situation. He knows it's not right but is stuck with this toxic relationship he can't seem to let go of.
The song's lyrics convey the conflicting emotions of someone who knows a relationship is over but still can't bring themselves to cut the other person out completely. The words, "You're the drug that I'm addicted to," describe the allure and temptation of this toxic relationship that he can't resist. At the same time, he acknowledges that this relationship is not working out for the better and it's time to say goodbye.
Overall, "All Falls Down" is a song about the complexity of relationships and the difficulty of letting go when you know it's time to move on.
