Trouble
Alaska Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

In my heart the fire is out
Nothing but truth has caused some doubt
And in my veins the blood runs cold
Never did I wanna be told

Where will I go where will I run tonight
From the trouble in my life
All my life I have been taught to run away
How could it be different today

Soon as I start to doubt your choice
Once again I hear your voice
And in my veins the blood runs cold
Never did I wanna be told

Since I been told my time’s running out
I made up my mind I gotta bust out
And in my veins the blood runs cold

I can’t go back
I have been told

@Lefroy How am I going to die by going outside of my house? Come on, that's silly. Are you seriously comparing a walk in the park to getting into a metal tube 50'000 feet in the air and travelling at over 200 miles per hour? Get real buddy.<

But what is your criteria?
are you gonna die if you step into an airpline? really?.. ever heard of the lockdown under corona? In some places you where not allowed to go outside because of the risk?
So again, what is the difference between what i said and banning commercial airlines from flying?

Now nobody forces you to fly the plane, so what you want is to force others into your way of view?

"get real buddy" and that comes from you... lol

IMO it's really stupid that the guy who actually ordered the jackscrew to be replaced ended up without a job and no longer being able to work in the industry, instead of the actual person who dismissed the recommendation. What a twisted world we live in. SMH.

While there is no excuse for negligent murderous decisions of the airline, there are more instances where planes fleets are grounded for mechanical issues until issues are identified and 'resolved'. .

It's crazy what a world we live in where a person who was genuinely trying to prevent the accident lost his career and those who really caused the accident purely by greed and negligence never got their punishment, it utterly disgusts me.

@James Street  this is the internet, not America. As an American, we are absolutely third world. Moving from one third world country to another doesn't change the facts. Our infant and maternal mortality rates are garbage, education is garbage, work-life balance is garbage, ratio of people in poverty and those not is garbage, and I can list a few more. We are not the greatest country in the world, by FAR 😂 North Korea loves your enthusiasm though!

@Bonnie Lee they are not the only ones. Our own government treats whistleblowers as traitors.
