I met and talked to Richard as he worked as a delivery driver to commercial kithens including one where I cooked. He was in no way a sociopath......Albert was another story as his life showed......

the guy who did it and told albert about it was in prison. therefor he could not continue either. and remember Albert wanted fame. its pretty clear that the stranglings were not all by one man. there were copycats involved and any strangling was assigned to the strangler with little investigation.

⁠@Otukeno it’s not an excuse however you have to know the who, what, where, when and why of killers by understanding the mind and specific characteristics of killers you get a better understanding of the inner workings of them I mean that’s why the behaviour profiling unit is as successful as it is because of the knowledge and information about the backgrounds of the killers it’s not about making an excuse it’s about learning and understanding so that it makes it easier to catch and identify the next killer
