The land is completely devoid of moisture and is cracking/breaking apart due to heat.

Sun bleached bones litter the ground.
The lack of moisture has caused animals to die and their bones remain on the dry ground.

Ribs protrude through skins of the beasts.
The bones of these animals have become so stark and visible due to the dryness that even their ribs are protruding.

Lush flora now burnt, deceased.
Plants that were once fertile are now dead, burnt and without any signs of life.

Solarburn.
This term describes the destructive effect of the sun's radiation on the earth.

Blistered earth.
This line captures the image of earth being so hot that it appears to have blisters on its surface.

The sky aghast with windy brown.
The sky appears to be brown due to the dust and sand being blown around by high winds.

The choking storms hurl dust around.
The storms that occur resulted in such high amounts of dust being kicked up that it's hard to breathe.

Sun glows red through arid skies.
The sun presents an eerie impression through the sky which is now dry and filled with dust and sand.

No rehydration to be found.
There is no water to be found in the arid wasteland.

The wilderness is nothingness.
The place that was once a bustling wilderness is now nothing but a dry, barren wasteland.

Desolate country harsh and bare.
The country is devastated and desolate with no life and devoid of natural elements.

All life wilts and slowly dies.
The hot, dry environment is taking a destructive toll on all of the living organisms.

Underneath the solar flare.
This line is referring to the sun's radiation which is causing so much destruction and devastation.

Gaunt ruins where a forest stood.
Where a thriving forest once stood, there are now only dilapidated ruins.

Sporadic stumps of burning wood.
There are traces of wood and trees that are now burning with sporadic intensity.

Artesian bores leak sand and dust.
Even the water sources are not sustainable, as they leak sand, dust and dirt mixed with water.

Once flowing pumps decayed with rust.
The pumps that were once used to distribute water have been entirely abandoned as they have rusted away or rotted.

Last precious drops evaporated, dams now baked and desiccated.
The very last remnants of the water have now evaporated, and the dams that were used to contain the water have now become baked and dry.

From our star a solar wind, roasts the scars of the continent.
The power of the sun's energy is so intense that it's erasing or scarring some parts of the continent.

Fragments of what used to be, a wasteland of salinity.
The area that used to be a sustainable land is now a vast wasteland filled with salt.

A Mars on Earth all barren ground, nothing living can be found.
The area looks like it's from Mars, the planet, with no trace of life and only barren land available for miles and miles.
